- (Undead of Lordaeron)
**COMMENT UNDER CONSTRUCTION**
Death offered no escape for the scores of humans killed during the Lich King’s campaign to scour the living from Lordaeron.
Instead, the kingdom’s fallen were risen into undeath as Scourge minions and forced to wage an unholy war against everything… and everyone… that they once held dear.
Current WoW Site
When the Lich King’s grasp on his vast armies faltered after the Third War, a contingent of undead broke free of their master’s iron will.
This freedom seemed like a blessing, but the former humans were soon tormented by memories of the horrors they had committed as mindless Scourge.
Those who did not descend into madness faced a chilling realization: the entirety of Azeroth sought their destruction.
Current WoW Site
In their darkest hour, the renegade undead were rallied by Sylvanas Windrunner, former Ranger-General of Quel’thalas, who had also regained her freedom from the Lich King.
Under their new queen’s guidance, the independent undead—known as Forsaken—established the Undercity beneath the ruins of Lordaeron.

Once the heart of Lordaeron, Tirisfal Glades was a land of beautiful rolling hills and golden pastures. When the human kingdom fell to the undead Scourge, this verdant region was transformed into a plagued wasteland, barely able to sustain the dwindling remnants of life that still existed.
Current WoW Site
Having broken free from the tyrannical rule of the Lich King, a renegade group of undead seek to retain their own free will while destroying all those who oppose them.
Known as the Forsaken, this group is dedicated to serving their leader, the banshee queen Sylvanas Windrunner.
These dark warriors have established a secret stronghold beneath the ruins of Lordaeron's former capital city.
Situated deep beneath the cursed Tirisfal Glades, the labyrinthine Undercity is a sprawling bastion of evil.
Old WoW Site
Within shadowy confines, Sylvanas' royal apothecaries scramble to develop a devastating new plague - one which will not only eradicate their hated Scourge rivals, but the rest of humanity as well.
To further their dark aims, the Forsaken have entered into an alliance of convenience with the primitive, brutish races of the Horde.
Holding no real loyalty for their newfound comrades, the Forsaken have duped them into fighting against their common enemy - the Lich King.
Only time will tell how these disciples of doom will fare in their mission of vengeance.

Jokes and Flirts:
When the Lich King’s plague of undeath swept through Lordaeron, it decimated more than just the kingdom’s human population. Many of the noble horses living in the region also succumbed to the affliction, and much like their human counterparts, they were not granted peace in death.

There are three rare (level 40) and two epic (level 60) mounts purchasable from
Many undead have been disputing this for quite some time, might as well bring it up...
Jaw or no Jaw?
While jaws do come in handy, they make you look more like those damn humans...
And your tounge hangs out without a jaw.
But this provides us with another question. How do the jawless undead eat? I've seen 'em do it, but I just don't understand.
Hey People. I have recently started up a Guild in the Undead area. It will be set up to help one another and most of all to perform RAIDS :) I am the leader of this Guild and Sekhem/Hoodlum is co-owner. We are recruiting and have about 25-30 so far. We are trying to reach 50 people who play on a regular to semi-regular basis. The name of this Guild is Brotherhood ofthe Damned. All are welcome. To participate in Raids there is a minimum level requirement of level 20 but you are able to join us before that. Everyone please let Sekhem or myself (Khem) know. Other races ar also welcome.
EDIT.... it is Brotherhood ofthe Damned not rotherhood of the damned. hahAHAH. i never said i was perfect :)P

I was just curious as to which raw materials were plentiful in the undead starting area? Like...Night Elves have a load of low level herbs, but metals for mining are nonexistant. So is there any particular trades that are easy to start as one of the Forsaken? I appreciate the help.
alright i play FFXI and like many of my fellow ffxi friends im prolly gonna convert to WoW due to playing FFXi for so DAMNED long and ive been lookin over races n class's and i really like the undead, they just seem SO freakin cool!
But being from another MMORPG i know how... fickle... things can be with diff relations and i was wondering how good an undead warrior is? Seems like it would be alright to me.... but i figure id ask cause you all would know lol ^^
I have a two part question for more knowledgeable undead players out there. First: I'm assuming that the fact that I'm blinded by aquatic mobs (looks like really bad glare or reflection from the sun) has to do with the fact that I'm undead. Is this actually the case?
Second: If this is the case, is there anything that I can do to get rid of/reduce this effect? Because I'm trying to get the Moldy Tome for a warlock quest, and it's being guarded by a bunch of grey mobs. The problem is that they're aquatic grey mobus, and I can't see anything when I'm close to them, so I can't pull them properly and I end up dead.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Aren't these in the game?
Like a human priest gets a certain spell, and an undead priest gets a different one.
I have a lvl 60 UD warlock on Lightning's Blade, and it's my first sixty.
If these abilities do infact exist, where would I go for mine?
I'm a lvl 12 undead warlock and was wondering how the hell i get out of trisfall glades. I tried going out of the bulwark which was a bad decision, as those damned spiders killed me every time. I thought at first that i had to take the zeppelin, but it wasn't there wen i went to the landing spot. Help neone?
Does all undead armor show the character's spine?
I've just started playing wow, and have an undead mage @ lvl 8, however, i am yet to aquire a wand. I am in and around Brill at the moment. Does anyone know what mobs will give a good drop, or a quest where I can pick 1 up?
hey i want to create a undead character but i dont know what to create. ive never played both of those classes and they both look good so tell me what the pros and cons are of both.
Wait... Think about it. Wouldn't an Undead hurt himself with healing magic? Not to mention it doesn't make any sense for a rotting carcass to be a healer. Lol..just thought it was funny.
I've heard thst undead rogues are wonderful in Pvp is thsi true?
is there any repeatable rep quests for the undead and if so
does anyone know what this quest is called and where i can get
it? Your help is very much appreciated.
Well the undead male dance is sooo sick but really the female dance is just kinda waving their arms around in a circle...comeon bliz get more creative UD females are hot if they dont have bones sticking out in their face give em a hot dance! I'm just kinda sitting there thinking...godamnit when the hell is she gonna do something different?

I want to make a horde damage dealer for PvP. I like the stealth idea, the cannibalize, the skeletal horse mount, and the rogue set armor.
My question is: Are Undead Rogues any good for PvP? It seems like other races as rogues have a lot of advantages over the undead, but they seem way too cool to pass up. As long as they are not a waste of time, I'm cool with it, but I'd like to hear from some experienced roguers.
subject title is self explainatory...
I'm an undead rogue, and I've been trying to get all the rep I can.
I've been to Tirisfall, The Sepulcher, and Tarren Mill.
Other than Undercity itself, what other places have undead there for quests? Please help! Thanks.
Why so few horde people, da alliance makes up 10/11 of most servers mon! 9/11 of dem are human palidens mon! Dat or dem stinkin night elf hunters! Forget dat, I'm gonna make me a dead mon and kill all dem livin nightelves and humans, and eat ever one a dem stinkin gnomes I see mon.
I've heard before that Undeads used to speak common, but because of the amount of insults going from one another, Blizz changed that.
I, for one, really think that we should be able to speak Common again. Not so that we could flame at each other, but actually be able to do more things.
Some friends I met and I were talking a lot about this on Twisting Nether one day (RpPvP btw) And if we could speak common, imagine the possibilites for Rp and PVP!
Contract Killings, spying, betrayals, and more!
Some may say spying and getting what the plans are for attacks on PvP may ruin the game, but this is an RP server, so being able to relay info to your comrads and build up a big defense where they are attacking would be better. Bigger fights, not wimpy no defense kills and runs. Also, it's not like we could get tons of Info because most people speak in /raid and since we cant hear that...
Imagine how more lifelike (lifelike = what there life would be) it would be! Sure, there would be insults again, but when an alliance and horde member meet on a PvP server...there isn't much talking involved anyway.
So, any agreements / disagreements / opinions / ideas?
Btw, I am not only talking about TN, but all servers.
Ok, my girlfriend's UD shadow priest just dinged to 60 last night.
Don't get me wrong I like undeads but common.... a priest?
OF ALL THINGS?
I've been in groups before with her thinking "Wow.... some zombie chick is healing us.... kinda weird?"
Ok so my point is, does any one else find an undead priest kinda weird?
Or am I just too Christain?
IMO undeads shouldn't really be priests.
It gives a weird immage on priests, not only to be shadow spec'd, but to be an unholy rotting dead guy/girl?
Shouldn't a priest be a kind, gental, spiritual healer?
I know how I would feel if I showed up to church to find my pastor rotting as he stands....
uummmmm.... awkward, much?
Plus I find it kinda "emo kid-like"
You've already died once and now you've rizen from your grave to heal me again?
YOU MUST REALLY LIKE ME!
Just want people's thoughts on Undead Priests.
No fights because I am a loyal hordie!
I'm not picky in my priests while in a group.
I'll take any healer.... THANKS!
But really, the whole "rizen healer" thing creeps me out.
p.s. UD males have THE SICKEST dance on the whole game....
no, wait... IN THE WORLD!
just thought I'd throw that in to show I'm not hating on UD's.
this has probly been done before but oh well. I was wondering what class everybody is.(this only applies to undead which is why i am doing it here instead of a out of topic forum or whatever) and also what lvl you are and what server you play.
Im a lvl 26 undead rogue on bonechewer server named saiber
Hello everyone. I was thinking about an Undead rogue, but I want to have a good traditional role. Would you think undead is more of a rogue than the rest of the horde? Please post what you think here.
Hey guys, I just started this game about a week ago and was wondering what weapon I should go for with my undead warrior. Does it matter what weapon I choose? Like does undead have a weapon of choice? I heard that tauren are better at 2 handed maces and orcs are better with 1 handed axe. Any help on the topic of weapon professions would be greatly appreciated!
Leonheart on Muradin

ok, some people ask me questions about undead issues and the science behind it...i am here to answer some questions, if i miss one, please, feel free to ask a question, i will try my best to answer it...and it has to be about Undead
Q: Why can't Undead speak "Common"
A: My belief is that they used to know how to speak common, when they met the orcs, trolls, and tauren, they learned the Orcish language...the undead are what to appear to be "reborn" learning new talents, and getting used to their new body...they try to seperate from their human counterparts
Q: When undead die, why do they have a ghost
A: Again, they are "reborn". This indicates that they can't live without a soul. Lady Sylvannis tried her hardest to give her Forsaken free will, and with that, they must have a soul and a concious; yes, it may be dark and merciless...but it's a soul nonetheless.
Q: How can some undead speak without a lower jaw, or if it is unhinged.
A: Gutterspeak, the Forsaken's language, is a term for "Guttural" meaning Of or With the throat. The deepened throat passages my undead guy speaks with (listen to them talk) are deep and low, including the female...Gutterspeak is a form of lower throat and diaphragm, and some instances, they sound like moans.
I hope i cleared the fog for a bit, again, feel free to ask any questions regarding undead

What would you all say is the best job pick for a undead player what are they best at or could do well on job wise and what about a troll what is there best jobs.
I'm playing with Undead, Class Warrior, but now I have a one problem.
When I saw in shop with armor, I mean a plate armor and it's color is RED.
Now I'm interested can Warrior wear the Plate Armor or it must be trained first or it can't wear it?
Plz if somebody know something more about that plz post
im getting real close to lvl 40, but i havnt heard too much about mounts. once u hit 40 does some info pop up or do u just need to find trainers in UC. ive heard cost is 90G w/ honored status. any thoughts?
I was wanting to know what weapon a lvl 9 undead warlock should get right now? Also quests, gotta get some quests?
Do undead get more spell epndin on class? I have a troll priest level 29 and I'v seen a 29 undead priest ad they seem to have more spell's then I do?
In the other night, when i was just been ganked by an ally, and appear on the cemetery. I had a simple idea, why cant the undead use their mounts while in ghost form? The mount is dead too!
It would be great.
Don't u guys think?
