Fade. As the description says, this skill is meant for when you over heal (or cast too many heals too fast, thus aggravating a mob so that it attacks you). If this is the case, this is your "get-out-of-jail-free" card. Use it wisely though, as it won't always help you due to it's cooldown.
One important thing to note about this spell is the misleading tooltip; one might assume it would prevent enemies from attacking you when you walk into their aggrovation range. Unfortunately this is not so. Fade will not reduce the range from which you are attacked, nor will it stop an enemy from attacking you if there is nobody to attack in your stead.
Fade doesn't work when you're soloing, running past a mob, or in PvP. It's working as it's supposed to. Fade, when used in a group as it is supposed to be, reduces agro that is
on you. If you're soloing, it does nothing as it has no one else to attack. It's meant to keep you from not being attacked so that the tank can take care of it and you can heal/nuke in peace.
So it's meant for Group PvE only.
One of the greatest spells to ever be given to a healer, if you are with someone else and the monster or mob is attacking you, use this and the mob will seem to lose interest in you and attack the other person. In raids, to never pull hate i always use it when the cooldown is finish to never get hate while i do 3k heals to tanks and other raid members :)
Pretty much the worst threat reset ever.
