Do Echoes of War then talk to the guy you deliver Dark Iron Scrabs to. He'll give you the Q and then you'll need a random drop from inside Naxx.

my reputation with AD is currently at Honored.
But i cant get the quest from this guy..all he offers is Blacksmithing material like flux and stuff.

Do you have to be Exalted to get this quest just like this Glacial Cloak quest ?

You have to do be revered with AD to get this quest.

You have to complete the Echos of War quest, then the blacksmith
at LHC gives you this quest.

The following quests can be picked up from 工匠威尔海姆 at the Light's Hope Chapel in the 东瘟疫之地 by completing 奥玛里恩的手册 which you get from 大工匠奥玛里恩.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside 纳克萨玛斯.
You will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: 裁缝 (4), 制皮 (6) or 锻造 (3).
