I came across her, and she was a lvl 11 Elite. She's not that tough to kill, but hits hard with her spells.

She seemed to be as strong as a lvl 13 harpy, but nothing too major if you're planning on taking her out.

She isn't super-elite, I'd say she's more of a rare.
Drops nothing that great.

Coords at 55.11 are correct.

She also dropped 廉价火枪
