I just completed my run but forgot to loot my Soul Ash, can I please have it restored?
The Soul Ash I earned was not sent to me.

I almost got screwed by this last night. 20 minutes into a Torghast run, there's an in game notice that servers will be going down in 15 minutes. As I didn't want to have wasted the last 20 minutes, I thought I'd try to finish it in time. Ended up on the last boss and the servers finally when down when he had 80k health left when I could have touch of death'd him at 75. Literally five more seconds and I'd have killed him. I was cursing Blizzard for not having 30 minute server reset warnings but it seems, after reading this post, that it actually could have been much worse. If I *had* just killed it in time but then not had time to loot it, I'd have been screwed out of my soul ash for the week.评论来自 AlariusAt what points in the run is it lootable? The Customer Service bit I can understand, but to not have the Postmaster pick it up Soul Ash (because it IS really important) and send to you? Even more infuriating, that it won't pick up something integral to a players progression that Blizzard promoted as a feature for this expansion?

Postmaster mails you some items left behind, seemingly chosen at random, while others are lost forever. And those lost item mails that the postmaster sends out have a button to delete the item and the mail, but clicking it always fails. Questing with a group of friends? There's often no way to predict which tasks you'll share credit for, which you'll all have to complete separately, or which you'll be phased away from each other to complete solo anyway.评论来自 CycloneDukeCurrencies have never been one sent by postmaster, only items. not sure what the rage is, it's stupidly consistent

now you could argue, they should be added to the loot recovery but that's a separate story评论来自 JCarr178this actually makes me quite happy. it drives me crazy when i see other people who never loot mobs. these are the same people (at least in my guild) who never seem to have money for repairs or anything else cool about their characters for that matter.

anyhow, to all the people who think clicking on a corpse is just too much work, in my very best Nelson voice "HA HA!"
