noice
too bad the lvl 60 dungeons already spoil much, not to mention the raid (entering Other Side and meeting bwonsamdi was...strange)...the story isnt very linear.and theres some covenants that repeat same campaign steps as other covenants :\
Thank you for this!I'm really glad I went Fae first and went through the performance. A bit bummed the other covs have a shorter intro before starting their chapters.
Personally I enjoyed this angle, Blizzard doing a genuinely good job showing that the players are reforging trust between the Covenants, my Kyrian helping the Necrolords, my Venthyr helping out in Bastion, etc.
Man, in all this worship of your trinkets, you are failing to see that this sucks. It's not a good story! To have a good story, you have to have a good villain. Every story ever is driven by the villain. Thevillain tries to change status quo. The protagonists fight to preserve the status quo or to avenge it.You can't have a story if you don't care about the villain. This is such a snooze. The jailer seems week. He is a joke from the start. He fails to jail us and pretends that he doesn't care."I have just what I wanted"... What's next? The villain who preaches us that how you play the gameis more important than whether you win or lose? It's bad story telling. We don't even know what he wants. What does he get out of imprisoning all the leader of Azeroth? We've already rescued some of them. We don't know what he got out having them around. It's dumb. The villain's motivation has to be obvious, not mysterious. Otherwise, he is not a villain. The Jailer is just something to keep in the back of our minds.... it's his expansion and we care about the jailer about as much as we cared about the Burning Legion during the expansion when we had no contact with the Burning Legion. Sure, it's out there. So what?We might lose some Stygia because we are stealing too much from him for one day? And? That makesus the villains. We are the ones trying to affect change. But why do we care about him? He stole Superman? And Superman 2, Superman 3, and Superman 4? Ok. Aren't they the ones who started all the wars onAzeroth? He can keep 'em. He is USING THEM! Oh, NOOO. If it's not obvious what he wants to do toAzeroth, we don't really care. Not because we are selfish, but because there is a lot of forces out therewho want things. Until they have some real effect on us (THAT WE CAN SEE), we don't care.
I'm a simple lesbian. I see Sylvanas on the thumbnail, I click.
If you use Threads of Fate to skip the SL campaign, how do you start your covenant campaign after making your choice? Thanks in advance
