Well, for the change of DK Frost, I would say that you would launch 3 Rime's in total, at the beginning, in the middle and at the end, it is like a second Remorseless Winter with Azerite, but almost without mastery.Well, to tell the truth if it would be somewhat broken because if you use 2H Avalanche, regardless of the ones that come naturally, add "Rage of the Frozen Champion" and you have for BoS, but it would be the best Ventry. Still, 3 Rime guaranteed with 2H avalanche (4 if you're using Biting Cold) sounds great. For Unholy then if he would use mastery and abuse Death Coil more, and for Blood it would be a saving of runes. The truth is I'm not sure if I only counted it once before, if I made a mistake in something, then they tell me, greetings from Tabasco, where it is more flooded than Nazjatar.
A bit of speculation on that new Effect added to The Hunt for Night Fae Demon Hunter:The spell ID linked is definitely the Leech buff granted by the ability. Here it says "Effect #2" which means something brand new. My best guess is that the "50" means the total amount you can leech is capped at 50% of your max health. However, that feels a bit low, so it could also mean you can't leech more than 50% (or more likely 5.0%) of your max health per hit just in case you get some encounter-specific massive damage buff that could make it scale wildly out of control without a cap.
Abomination limb is bad for frost even with this change. It only provides 3 rimes now. So that’s 3 howling blasts for free instead of one, unfortunately that’s not good enough. Breath is by far our best talent still and Abomination limb for frost needs some runic power regen. Howling blasts with rime does not produce any runic power. During a breath phase you need to keep hitting abilities that keep breath going if howling blast procs once its ok but 3 procs during breath you might not be able to hit them all cause you will lose breath uptime. Even if its a buff on paper it is bad for our major dps window.Even with obliteration its only a 30%x3 chance to proc 1 ruin.Bottom line is for frost Abomination limb needs synergy with Breath of Sindragosa. Meaning it needs to generate runic power. If that means a few more obliterate procs or just a strait runic power regen doesn’t matter, it needs it.you can have synergy with Breath and still have it work really well with the other talents runic power for both icecap and obliteration mean they can push more buttons.Ex: More runic power = more frost strikes or longer BreathIcecap: Frost strike crits reduce cd on pillar of frost (frost strike costs runic power)Obliteration: Frost strikes grants killing machineBreath of Sindragosa: Breath drains runic powerOverall I would say this is a nerf for frost and a buff for the other specs. BTW: This ability was already bad for frost. P.S. Flesh Craft also sucks for Necrolord, needs a speed increase during shield and a buff to the channel.
Thank god hoping for even more nerfs !
Most of the comments about Ret being useless after the balance change are just trolls or attention seekers.Ret is insanely good in SL. They bring utility, off healing that is insanely broken and good consistant dps single and aoe.It is mindblowing that people expect a Ret Paladin to be the BEST DPS while it has one of the best utilities a melee class can offer. I will definately take a Ret paladin with me in my M+ runs even after these balance changes. In Arena, they pop everything, bubble and Roflstomp you to the ground, no counter play, no dmg reduction on bubble, yet a small balance change they people cry.
Am I reading this correct, did they buff Abomination Limb from (25.76% Attack power) to ((23.67%) x 13)? That seems.... a bit mental, 13 times increase :/
The changes to the Discipline Priest seem like a step towards equalization among all healers ...But honestly it seems Blizzard doesn't have enough developers to cover all the content of the game, leaving aside the 5-player mode (m +).Currently Restoration Druid is left with a much higher ceiling than BFA in M +, with the best healing, damage and toolkit (in 5-player mod). Basically it doesn't matter what healer you are because you are not a resto druid. Something very similar to what happened with Pelagos and Kyrian, only this is a spec, which otherwise only has a quota in 5 player mode and unlike the tank the offer the healers duplicate them.Very good quality of life awaits those healers who wish to advance in Pug in M + and are not a resto druid or worse still a holy priest.Edit: not because the holy priest is bad, just because in all the m + lists he is the last.¡Thanks Blizzard!
reasonable nerf to ret palandins. Overpowered animal from s tier finally got what it deserves
Man, the next time they post the best covenants/legendaries guide they've been updating, it's going to be juicy. Kyrian was riding so high all through beta, and in the last 2 weeks they've said HEY THERE ARE 3 OTHER COVENANTS IF YOU DIDNT KNOW
Kleia nerf feels a little bad. You give up a 2nd potency conduit to reach that crit thing, so it should kinda be really worth it too. But I suppose they have the numbers, not me. 5% is still nice but they nerfed the first tier passive too just recently.Im gonna go Kyrian whether they are the best or the worst, but would prefer to have something left of them by the time the game launches :D
