A new PTR build for Classic WoW just appeared, titled
1.13.6.36149
. Following previous naming conventions, with Classic WoW itself being patch 1.13, this would point toward the launch of Phase 6 and Naxxramas as the final raid tier of Classic WoW!
Official patch notes
just went up, but we have a pretty good idea of what's coming. Naxxramas was originally released with patch 1.11, which also added the Key Ring to the game, as well as several talent revamps, and various quality of life improvements across the game. Most of these things are already included in the base version of Classic WoW, but Naxxramas itself, the Scourge Invasion, and new events in Silithus and Eastern Plaguelands which encourage world PvP will all be new additions to Phase 6.
Remember that players will need to become
attuned to enter Naxxramas
, which will require

reputation. As expected of the final raid tier, the raid drops some of the
best loot
in the game, including the final tier set and BiS shoulder enchants from

. Outside of the raid, there's even a new world buff for speed runners to look forward to in

earned from participating in the outdoor Silithus Event - The Silithyst Must Flow, requiring players to carry silithyst from a geyser or mound to their faction's turn in point on the map. Players are slowed while carrying, while mounting and movement increases don't work, and will drop it if damaged, but upon hand in, players receive the

buff, increasing Melee and Spell damage dealt by 5%. for 30 minutes.
