Blizzard has updated the
hotfix blog
to fix a bug with the interactive wine making quest
Meeting their Quota
in Suramar, which could not be completed since
Battle for Azeroth
launched.

was this for some achievement or something important ? i dont see the necesity of making a blue post for it if not .
if you checked the source it's not a blue post, blizzard just updated the hotfix tracker page. now if you're saying "is it worth a wowhead post" then my answer would be "yes". it's about consistency
Regardless of what patch it broke in, it should've been hotfixed asap when it first was reported, not months later. This is Blizzard in a nutshell; they take forever to fix bugs in old content, or they don't bother at all, even if you report them repeatedly.
you have an 8hr work day, 20000 bug reports and 5million end users. do you work on the bugs a) that impacts 99% of people or b) that impacts 1% of people? it's called work prioritization for a reason
What about the 10 for so world quests from BFA (ie still current content) that broke in 8.3 due to phasing? Its one of many things that 8.3 broke (including if you listen to the variosu forums the entire game due to corruptions).
