It will allow more People to get there and get help kill it, and get the rep, or drops.
So sitting in a specific spot for up to an hour because a specific mob is guaranteed to spawn there makes that mob "rare"?That makes it a timesink, not rare.
What about the Doppel Ganger rare thing? Did this get fixed yet? There's a LOT of people wasting pressure valves on this today.
God this is so cool
Blizzard keeps listening to whines from lazy selfish players at the expense of game's health.
To hell with these people railing on about how 'rArEs aRe SuPpOsEd to Be RrrRRaaaaRRReeee!'. There is NOTHING compelling or interesting about some of these spawn rates. They're literally just time-sinks aimed at improving metrics, and it's kind of baffling how hard people will actively shill for it. I keep seeing people talk about how long spawn rates create 'community' and an active social area, but every time I get stuck sitting at Rustfeather's spawn for an hour it's just a few players faffing about spamming toys. Wow. Such a robust and invigorating community! Such interesting interactions! To make it worse, these 'rares' don't even have consistent spawn timers. Some ''''rares'''' spawn damn near every ten mins, while some like Kleptoboss can take upwards of 9 hours to spawn. There's no justification for these long spawn timers either since 85%+ of the time you're just going to get some currency for your time spent. Every objectively rare silver dragon mob at least had a 100% chance of dropping some boe gear or a mount. TL;DR If you want 'rares' to be rare, then make it worth the time. I'd prefer the WoD system where the mob is rare but the mount is 100% drop rate rather than have to spend an hour every day just for 1 shot at a 1% drop rate mount.
You want a mount from an instant respawning mob is that it? Go farm the mount from the naga elites in nazjatar elites then. Dont forget to leave a comment after 500000 nagas killed about how much fun u had. I feel like half the people in this comment section want wow to be a single player game where everything is present for you.
