It's just too bad that these effects are only relevant until stronger gears is released. They are so cool.
Then leave if you feel that way. No need to be negative when you obviously don't care anyway. Silly, and interesting procs can make things fun and enjoyable for some people. Not everything needs to be super practical for high end gameplay. I imagine this raid isn't meant to be a super serious one, sort of like Trial of Valor. It's meant to finish up the story of a zone.I feel that people really need to relax and stop being so pessimistic about everything, if you don't like it then don't play, no reason to push your opinions onto other people. Had something like this been added back in Wrath I am sure it would have gotten high praise for it's uniqueness, but today's community seems to just jump on hate trains whenever anyone that is a bit influential says that something sucks. Develop your own opinions, and stop hopping on band wagons.
I may just level my Void Priest for those pants...
Items that can kill you and/or other players? I like it.BUT: Some people will cry about that and Blizz will chicken out.
Lurker's Insidious Gift looks like pug killer trinket... Just imagine 5-10+ ppl in LFR activating this trinket and not removing and not using any damage reduction skills after 20+ seconds (when ticks become 20k+)... IMHO Healers gona hate strength and agility DPS with this trinket >^_^<
yay gimmick items that i won't use because they will backfire on me
This must be the most useless loot I have ever seen. In what raid will a trinket that can kill you, a trinket that dmg your raidmembers, and so on, be usefull in any raid?No blizz, this is just stupid in my eyes.
Agree with you 100% there. If this is interesting to you, you are clearly not raiding.
Oh boy, I can't wait to see all the drama caused by the side effects of these items unfold. Some of them even have griefing potential.
Personally, I think this is a fun little thing Blizz has planned, not everything has to be about raiding... it'd be a shame to see people ruin it just to be mean.
Loving it! I hope they move forward with having some items in a raid have stuff like this attached to them. Sure, let some items keep the stat-stick role but I love items that mess up the sims (E.G. Kul Tiran Cannonball Runner). Makes for a much more interesting game.
I wonder if gift of n'zoth will change the effects of these items
Why is it always twitch clips now? can't you upload them to youtube please? They never work :/ They always freeze midway through for me if not several times over, I can never see them properly. (It also lags the site horribly)
Now these are neat.
