Cataclysm Timewalking Event
While this event is active, players level 86 or higher may access a special Timewalking Dungeon Finder queue, which scales players and their items down to revisit past dungeons from the Cataclysm expansion. While Timewalking, bosses will yield loot appropriate for a player's natural level.
Currently there are some ilvl scaling issues with the Timewarped vendor items, as well as the WF gear dropping from bosses. This will likely be hotfixed, similar to Brewfest trinkets. Edit -
this was hotfixed
.
There are six Timewalking instances you can run:

Jorundall with Vrykul
Molten Cay with Sand Trolls
Verdant Wilds with Primal Druids
I may be wrong, but I don't think any mounts drop this week from those guys in Island Expeditions. But there's a ton of Plundered transmogs this week.
True, no mounts come from them.
But you can have a chance to drop a mount from monsters/invaders... rewards now are based on what kind of mobs you can find on the islands, so if you find dragons you can have a chance to drop the mount...
BTW I never drop a mount from IE... so, it's also true, no mounts come from them. :D
I recieved
Island Thunderscale
on the first run this week as mentioned, "there be dragons"
