took your furry agenda out from WoW, cit. Asmongold#nomorealliedraces
As a Wheel of Time fan I want vulpera and sethrak to have a parallel release purely because “snakes and foxes!”
Is it just me, or has every expansion had a patch called Tides of Vengeance?
Wtb zand and KT hume racials
I don't see how people are obsessed with having Sethrak as allied races have people actually look at them? They are a complete unique model and share no resemblance with any other race,How are Sethrak even gonna work when they all look the same don't even wear helmets nor shoulders so why would they ever become playable? These are the same people that still believe Naga's should become playable,It's never gonna happen.
I don't mind Mechagnomes at all, I think they sound cool, but like others I am more interested in the Sethrak. I can see the Vulpera being the allied race counterpart to the Goblins and the Mechagnomes to obviously the Gnomes. That still leaves the Forsaken and the Worgen that need allies. The Sethrak could be the Worgen counterpart - I believe they share the same animations (correct me if I'm wrong). For the Forsaken, it could possibly those Lightborn/forged Forsaken like Calia Menethil (which imo meh, not a fan) or the Forsaken Elves/Dark Rangers we've seen around for a while now (despite me not wanting to add more Elves to WoW but it is canon for Blood Elves and soon Night Elves to be undead). If I were Blizzard, I'd prevent a (bigger) $%^&storm by announcing all 4 at once. But I'm not Blizzard so I'm pretty sure a massive *!@#storm is going to happen.
It's so obvious the Horde is going to get Vulpera as all the signs are there... and I hate it. A "cute" little furry race does not belong in the Horde (or the Alliance) and lorewise they bring literally nothing to the Horde. As for Junkergnomes, I can see that I guess though here's what I think should happen,Alliance get both High Elves (tatoos, different hair etc.) and Wildhammer Dwarves, both races that have been part of the Alliance since Warcraft II.Horde should get Amani trolls (the big huge ones) and Vrykul or Ogres. Vrykul because they more or less view humans as weak.Between Void Elves and Vulpera, I think the allied races have gotten a bit too out there for my liking, as unpopular as that opinion is.
Vulpera are inevitable for the Horde as they've been built with so many customisation options already. They're almost good to go. The only Alliance race in BfA that has that many options is the thin human. If Alliance get thin humans for their next allied race I'm going to be annoyed as hell. Really not digging the junker gnome idea. It feels way too niche - Gnomes are already one of the last played classes, just ahead of Pandaren and Goblin. I've not exactly seen anyone clamouring for them as a new race. Sethrak are a bit more unique and interesting at least. As long as it's not those bloody turtles. Would MUCH prefer Ethereals. Some are hanging out with the Void Elves after all.
At first I was excited to have the Vulpera, Zandalari Trolls & Dark Iron Dwarfs. But then I saw a Reddit post where a fan created some San'layn skins, hairstyles & ears. Now it's all I care to have. So... San'layn when? OwO
Would love to see Tortollans as an neutral allied race!
YES YES YES YES YES YES YES! Give me my fox people and I'll be a full Horde-convert! I'm dying for something to get excited about in this expansion and this.would.be.it.for.me!If Wowhead is calling it I'm getting HYPED! I just hope they release in 8.1.x an we don't have to wait a year to play them. Legion released allied races 2 at a time so, maybe?
Can't wait to see 10000 iterations of "StarFox" running around Orgimmar.
Vulpera do not fit into either faction. We already have Pandaren who do not really identify with either faction, since they can be both. Why do you think we never see Pandaren in cinematics when Alliance vs Horde plot is concerned?I say enough with these allied races. We already have some interesting ones, and barring infamous High Elves, there are no more terribly popular choices left. I would rather see them focus on giving more customization options to already existing ones, like updating goblin and worgen models, as well as letting some races (like tauren) choose more than 3 options for faces.
Noo thank you to Vulpera. Panda's are enough for me in the game. Start introducing more animal themed characters to play and the game is going to get ridiculous. Just my opinion.
Horde :- Vulpera and SethrakI know some Alliance want Sethrak but Horde help them a lot more, plus Sethraliss faithfull are also allied with vulperaAlliance :- Junkergnome and Lightforged undeadImagine a mecagnome druid transformer !
Given that Sethrak are given precisely one, short questline dedicated to a chance meeting with the Alliance, compared to an entire zone's plot revolving around the Horde aiding them against the Faithless (and their ties to the Loa with Seth'raliss), it'd take quite a bit to get them on blueside.Maybe seeing the Vulpera's alliance with the Horde as a treachery to their neutrality, and leaving them feeling forced to take action? Iunno.
