When the hell did they announce they were increasing the cost of PvP weapons?

@ byte1 -I very rarely have problems with mana on my resto shammy. The only times I ever run out of mana is if the group I'm running with is either stupid and pulls too much without any crowd control, standing in fire, or if we're all goofing around and dying on purpose. Certainly, I don't have between 98 and 100% mana all the time like it was in Wrath, but if people know what they're doing, my mana barely drops below 60%.Try watching your mana pool and using your spirit trinkets very selectively, instead of dropping them at 10%, try blowing your regen cooldowns at 60% or even 70%. This makes it more likely to have them off CD when you need them at low mana. Also, are you still using Haste? it's really not as half as useful as it was before, pretty much all my gear is in Intellect, Spirit, and Crit. Crit gives us mana back now, and Int gives both harder hitting heals and more crit %. The changes to resto shammies are pretty much just giving us a little bit more healing/mana, which will admittedly make me have to pay a bit more attention to which spells I'm casting, but overall will make our heals hit harder, which I'm for completely. From my experience, the changes to resto are exactly what shamans need to keep up.
To the person who keeps saying priest heals are one of the two best before this...ummm no. I leveled my priest as a healer, and when cata hit I went pure shadow because for one Disc doesnt do the massive heals on tanks it used to and two, holy doesnt do the consistent group heals it used to...it felt like my heals were inadequate. I currently have a well geared resto druid and resto shammy and they do way better than my priest has lately.
I'm somewhat less than thrilled about the changes to Tol Barad. I recognize that it was broken; I don't know how much this is going to fix it. The addition of the buff to the defenders' capture speed is, uh, worthless? And I'm afraid the speed buff for attackers might be a bit too much.Guess I'll have to wait and see.
The previously un-finishable "Gift for..." Quests are now able to be finished. The quest is turned into Magni Bronzebeard or... well, I'll assume Baine.Bloodhoof.
Blah, i knew the nerf stick was homed in on us Unholy DKs.Although its NOT as bad as i expected it to be thankfully. Also, the profession changes are beast, and i cant wait to see boomkins on dragons :D
So they really went through with Ret paladin changes... so frickin' stupid. On the plus side, should have like 7k worth of archaeology things i've been saving :D
As far as the Luck of the Draw buff. Basically I did two dungeons (full pugs) and both went as predicted.First group fell apart on the first boss in SC because first the healer, then 2 dps died to the tunneling.Second group did HOO in record time. Everyone knew the fights and there were only two stupid deaths (one mine) and no wipes. The 15% bonus just made a group that was going to suceed, suceed a little faster. The 15% buff does nothing because groups didnt fall apart because of low damage.. groups fell apart because people died to 1-shot mechanisms.. and that didn´t change today.
The links for Rebuke and the new Retribution Talent 'Sacred Shield' don't appear to be working correctly.GAAAAAY! They update every other BoE Epic from leatherworking... but not the mail items... GG Blizz.
