- Charge roughly aligns with 死亡符记 every 30s.
- Assuming you play around aligning 死亡符记 and 暗影之舞, you have an “awkward” situation that either SoD cooldown or Dance cooldown is lost by design because you hold one for the other and have no buffer charge on Dance. This does not have to be bad but it is “new” for Sub gameplay.
- This talent (or gameplay without ES rather) has a more “phasic” feel. You set up maintenance buffs, then Dance, then use the waiting time until next SoD+Dance to refresh them and fill.
| - Amounts to roughly 1.5-2 dances per 死亡符记.
- The longer dance creates a massive increase in uptime that is noticeable.
- In my tests, I had the impression that playing a “fire and forget” strategy is a valid way of playing with ES, i.e. just use anything on cooldown. Dance charges on cooldown, SoD on cooldown, refresh Rupture and Slice and Dice when they are in pandemic, no matter whether Dance is up or not.
- ES now is the only way to have a buffer against cooldown loss (see left column)
- ES leads to a lot more generators which has a better Synergy with the 暗影之刃 damage increase.
