Demon Hunter 刃舞, 邪能弹幕, 灵魂裂劈 and 幽魂炸弹 are now soft capped at 5 targets.

Druid 野蛮挥砍 is now soft capped at 5 targets.

Necrolord Hunter 死亡飞轮 now increases damage taken by 10% up from 3%.
