NA Realms Back Up - Raid Scaling, Outdoor Mob HP, Performance Issues Fixed

NA servers have already returned from maintenance and we've noticed that the Old Raid Health has been reduced and that the previous performance issues appear to have been fixed, including FPS drops in raids.
Old Raid Health Nerf
With the launch of Patch 7.3.5, players began to notice that Old Raids had their
health pools significantly increased
from before the patch. After maintenance, the health pools of these raids has been reduced and WoD raids are actually
lower than pre-patch
. However, MoP raids still have
higher health pools than pre-7.3.5.
We once again tested using Mythic Hellfire Citadel which had its health pool reduced by 11% compared to Pre-7.3.5 values. This should make it slightly easier to farm Transmog from before the patch.

saying it should be down about 66% from yesterday.
Level 90+ Outdoor Mobs
Mists of Pandaria NPCs in the 90-93 level range have had their health reduced by 31.987%
Warlords of Draenor NPCs in the level 90-100 range have had their health reduced as well.

Performance Issues
The maintenance patch appears to have fixed multiple performance issues that were happening since the Patch 7.3.5 launch. After maintenance, we seem to no longer be having issues with FPS drops in raids after testing a couple of bosses in LFR and found no significant frame drops Hopefully, all the performance issues are now fixed!
