Reasonably abundant anywhere grass and trees grow. Mageroyal is used, with one exception where Wild Steelbloom is needed, in relatively low level elixers and potions mainly for mana users.

Silly nubs dont you know that the mageroyal plants also have a chance to drop Swiftthistle. Thats why the plant doesnt have a 100% drop rate when you harvest em.
