Ok, I made the trek down to Feathermoon so I could buy the Green Whelp Bracers pattern but he doesn't have any patterns for sale.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Just bought these from Joseph Moore (Leatherworking Supplies Vendor) in Undercity in the rogue quarter. Just ask a gaurd for directions to the Leatherworking trainer. It had a (1) beside it so I guess that means it's limited quantity or timed spawn or something of that nature so you might have to camp the vendor if someone else cleaned him out already.

Got these after about 30 minutes of waiting (after I bought the Living Shoulders, waiting 30 minutes for those).

It appears that the Feralas seller spawns one of his rare patterns every 30 minutes.

The pattern is a limited supply meaning only one is for sale at a time. If someone else is there and they purchase it you won't be able to buy it as well until it respawns. If you are purchasing it from Jangdor in Feralas he offers 4 different patterns for sale. They spawn randomly and you wait to wait for more to be available. The respawn time is anywhere from a few minutes to a half hour. Plan to camp here for awhile as he may spawn the same one a few times while you are waiting for the one you need.
