Why is everyone belly-acheing over some measly food recipes? We get things that the Alliance don't get. It's a lot easier for us to farm the +20 fishing pole, get the fish recipes, and skill up without spending a single silver. I'd much rather have an awesome piece of armor than some cooking recipe I might skill off of if I get the ingredients.

Oh, and you can always get any "Alliance-Only" recipe off of the Auction House with some patience if you're a perfectionist in your professions like me although they won't actually serve any purpose but neatness. Could always use a friend's pass to shuttle things over if you're really that desperate.

Not only you need 3 ingredients to make it, but you need to run around like crazy to gather them. That means this recipe will never be used in practice. It's better to just to sell it, or junk it.

Update: According to the Fandom wiki, this recipe is bind-on-pickup; therefore, it can't be sold on the netural (or any) auction house.

Can anyone personally confirm this?

Most (not all) 烹饪 recipes on the Alliance side are sold by 肯多尔·卡邦卡. The Horde do not have a corresponding NPC, so if you are an Alliance character wanting to create an alt on the opposite side to obtain the recipes for your main, unfortunately you'll have to have a level appropriate character to do the quests to obtain some of these recipes.

All of the recipes except one (设计图：兽人护腿) can be traded cross-faction on the neutral AH.
