This a reward from the quest "Final Passage". Although most people do not know it, this quest can actually be completed at level 25, because the first part of the quest chain can be obtained at that level. This makes the Dancing Flame a very powerful level 29 PvP weapon.

Available at 25-29. Don't be fooled by "obtained at 30" it is possible because the first chain part is 25 required. This wand is the "twink quest" equivalent of the much easier to AH Starfaller https://classic.wowhead.com/item=13063

The initial quest giver is in Thousand Needles, and parts of the quest requires a turn in, in the undercity, so I dont believe so ;p However, can we get a pic of this wand? If no one puts in a pic, then I will eventually, because I must have this wand!
