If you're horde and in the Barrens, you can get this at the Crossroads from a vendor next to the windrider master.

I camped this NPC Vendor for 1 hour, checked in to see his supplies every 5 minutes. Got to see the Herbs vanish from his inventory, but did not see any recipes appear. This is rediculous.

Bernard the mixer is a hoax, read the comments on his entry. He has no relation to the defias profiteer, who is a real NPC vendor slightly hidden in westfall.

Definately ficticious! Went all through Moonbrooke and found on free wheeling defias merchant. all's he sold was rage potion. nothing good what so ever!

you can fins this recipe in the goblin merchant in duskwood. he is located in the entrance from redridge ro duskwood

i dont know if this as something to do with it.. but i went to see hula mahi .. and he didnt had the recipe.. so just for fun i did the quest right next to him... (the one that you have 45 min to go to TB) .. came back.. recipe was there (hula mahi)

level 29 twinks. Paladins have "Seal of Command" and "Judgement of Command" or something close, does a nice amount of holy damage, something about them was tearing up my shaman, these are going to help out a bit, quite easy to make, as well. I can't think of any use for alliance, tho, since the first holy damage they encounter... is SM? and these aren't worth it there, especially if they share the healing pot CD.
