This is, IMHO, one of the best gap recipes for people otherwise leveling cooking with fishing. The annoying gap is between 150 and 175 when the catfish recipe is yellow and then green. as you will get a lot of these eggs without even having to farm just by questing in either Arathi or STV or both (and you can get this recipe in both as Horde), this will easily fill the gap to get you to the mithril trout recipe. Most of the other 150 recipes require a dedicated farm for lion meat, or what not.
