Drops off of Lord Valthalak in UBRS, the final summoned boss of the 0.5 questline.
No pickup group will EVER kill this guy, so posting retarded arguments over who will get it is utterly pointless.
I got this the other day off this boss, who is actually quite easy if everyone knows what to do.
He has 3 stages, the first stage is when he calls out these minions(usually 2 or 3 at a time) who will cast a life draining spell on you. This drain life spell will kill you after 10 seconds, so the minions need to be killed right away.
When you get him to 40%, he goes into the second stage. This is where it gets a little harder, as his attack power increases and he gets a new weapon. The tank will get hit harder so the healing needs to step up a notch.
After you get him to 15%, he begins his third and last stage. This is where the melee should back off and the mages/hunter should step in and finish him. He does an AoE shadow bolt that does loads of damage. Thats pretty much all you have to do, and if done correctly you will get him down easy.
I'm an arms warrior currently using the Cape of the Black Baron (15 agi/20 ap), and I'm wondering if I should replace it with this (I can summon Valthalak). My unbuffed Ap is about 775, with 20% crit; I want to bump up the crit percentage, which is why I'm using the Baron's cape. Suggestions?
Looks exactly like Cloak of the Shrouded Mists and it's the same length as Cape of the Black Baron, Sergeant's Cloak, Stonescale Gargoyle Cape etc.

From a warrior's perspective (the only class that should actually wear this thing because of the rather lackluster stats), if you're lacking AP and want to try to fool the opposite faction into thinking you're downing rag bunches, wear it. It looks pretty! I wear it over my Stoneskin Gargoyle Cape simply because it makes me feel "leet."
Does anyone know what color it is, and if it is longer than the average cloak or cape?
Warriors get a lot more out of crit so this is pretty lacking for them. Druids and Shaman on the other hand rely mostly on atp for dps, and this cape has lots of it. Great feral gear, and incredible for enhancement shaman. this cape would be very hard to replace.
and also a nice cape
rumours say it's white and slightly longer than your average cloak... but what do i know... what do i know...
