It is a gunsmith that sells this schematic in Gadgetzan and it is the same one as stated above, but it's not "Dropped By" it's "Sold By".

Is it true that this schematic is also sold from one of the two armor/weapon crafters in Gadgetzan?
Btw these crafters are in the house between the houses with the mining trainer and the alchemist trainer.
