I wouldn't say it only spawns every couple of hours, though it may take that long at times. So far it seems that the vendor only sells either this or Recipe: Shadowskin Gloves, as I've only seen 1 of them at a time.

I waited around about 45 minutes for these two patterns with no luck, then decided to log out and check back later. Over the next 2 hours or so I bought 2 of these and 3 recipes for Shadowskin Gloves (it was in the early morning).

Are specific levels required to see the item in Rikqiz's trade window? I'm a lvl 30 rogue with leatherworking at lvl 181 but havent managed to see it. If I cant get it until a specific lvl then i'll leave Rikqiz alone :)

I checked this guy numerous times today and even had others check him as well to confirm, but Rikqiz in Booty Bay doesn't sell this pattern.

Is there another place/vendor one might get it?

I got it Gem-studded Leather Belt pattern off of Rikqiz today - 1st try. I have found that these types of items (only sells 1 at a time) spawn on the vender around every 30 minutes.

I can confirm that he sells it. I just travelled to Booty Bay and bought it on my first try. However, as soon as I bought it the icon in his trade window dimmed, and as soon as I closed the window and reopened the pattern was gone. This definitely is a re-spawning pattern, you just gotta catch him before someone else does!

He sells two different patterns that he only carries one of, Gem-Studded Leather Belt and Shadowskin Gloves. They can be resold at the auction hall for more than 1 gold profit apiece.

It's not level specified, anyone can buy it. You just gotta get lucky and get there before someone else does. Try going there during low traffic times.

In WoW Classic, this pattern is not sold by the Vendor-Tron 1000 in Desolace. Instead, I found it in Booty Bay from Rikqiz. Supply is still limited to 1.

The respawn time for this recipe may be variable. I just bought the Gem-studded Leather Belt recipe less than half an hour ago, then logged out camped next to the vendor for the other recipe. When I came back just now to check, the Gem-studded Leather Belt recipe had already respawned!

Not sure what his restocking time is for his wares. I keep checking back in between chores or what not. I checked last night - he didn't have it so I went to the opening night of the 'Silent Night' movie. Came back a few hours later, checked again, still didn't have it.

Came back from work today - checked in - still doesn't have it.
Just odd, random times I'm checking and nothing. He had the other pattern at one point so I bought that (for Shadowskin Gloves) but not the other one (Pattern: Gem-studded Leather Belt). That ones seems to be the rare pattern he sells.

Good luck if you're trying for this as well - I think it's just going to come down to RNG and well...mine usually sucks.

EDIT: HALF AN HOUR LATER.............................................. He now is selling the Pattern: Shadowskin Gloves.
*but who knows when his reset timer actually started vs. when I actually clicked on him? Hmmm...

EDIT: *LITERALLY* 10 MINUTES LATER - I clicked on him again and he now had the pattern...
