These plans are a rare spawn. For my part I know I have waited more than one hour near Muuran in Desolace and he didn't had it in his list, so the respawn rate is slow.

I've been looking for this for a long time, as I need it for my Blacksmithing quests....

The guy in Badlands never has it, and the one in Desolace doesn't either.... is this an Alliance only recipe?

I had the same problem as the rest of you. Went to guy in Desolace, didnt have it. Then Jazzrik in Badlands. Still he didnt have it. How am I suppose to finish a quest if I cant even make this item.

Then remembering when I wanted to make the Green Iron Hauberk, I needed the Green Leather Armor recipe for a LW freind. Found out he only sells that recipe once perhaps every 20 mins or so.

SO - I waited at Jazzrik. Eventually he does sell it. Not sure the respawn time but Ill let ya know.

I got these plans off Muuran in Desolace
it took roughly 1 hour 10 min of waiting for the plan to recycle into his inventory.

I bought the plans from Muuran. He's at 55,56 in Ghost Walker Post in Desolace. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the plans to appear.

I'm on Mug'thol server. I just bought the plans and it took me a 27 minute wait.

Plan: Solid Iron Maul

I found the plans at Muuran(Superior Macecrafter) in Desolace. He is at Ghost Walker Post... which is in the middle of Desolace just a bit Northeast from the big Kodo Graveyard. Just follow the road south from Stonetalon Mountains. Follow it west, then it turns south in the middle and there you go.
Waited about 10-15 minutes TOPS/MAX.
Respawn time of the plans may be up to an hour, but my advice is stick in there... just wait for it... I got it quick =) They cost 27 silver coins.

Alliance can definitely get it from Jannos Ironwill in Arathi Highlands. He is in Refuge Pointe standing by Captain Nials. I went to him and he did not have it at first. Then I went to Badlands to Jazzrik who also did not have it. So I went to Desolace, thinking that Muuran was Alliance friendly, but he is not :-( .. So I killed him :-D .. So then I went back to Arathi and it was there...

The respawn on limited vendor items is about 1 hour.

There can be a pretty good competition for some items. I usually buy any limited items I can afford when I run across them on a vendor.

Anybody know how often the plans respawn on the vendors that sell them for the Solid Iron Maul?
