Notable Trash Mobs
Since Beastlord Darmac is the first encounter of a wing, players must pass through the trash in the Workshop to get to him. This trash is shared by the first bosses of each wing, and consists of the following enemy types:

deals heavy tank damage, and should be faced away from the raid for

Workshop Guardians debuff tanks with

Tanks should pull carefully in this room as the AoE damage is very heavy while either an Ogron Hauler or the Iron Slag-Shapers are alive. Try to avoid pulling other packs with the Hauler, and to pull small packs of the remaining enemies. Crowd-control abilities are very useful for this difficult trash.
Two

s guard the hallway to the Breaking Grounds. These enemies will deal heavy melee damage with

, and will periodically stun tanks with

Electrical StormOnce past the Wardens, players will encounter

Thunderlord will occasionally buff one of the two Ironhooves with

Beastlord Darmac Tips & Strategy
CruelfangPack BeastsIroncrusherDreadwingThe Beastlord Darmac encounter is a multi-phase fight, wherein players control the order of the phases by positioning Darmac next to the Prime Beast they wish to activate next. Each Prime Beast has a set of abilities they will use while Darmac is riding them, and after players defeat the Beast, Darmac retains some of their abilities for the remainder of the fight.
Darmac will choose a Prime Beast to mount at 85%, 65%, and 45% health
Players must defeat the Beast in order to dismount Darmac and push him to the next Beast phase

, the Worg, grants Darmac

After defeating all three Prime Beasts, players must contend with a long Darmac phase with all three Beasts' granted abilities
The order listed above is the recommended order for players to activate the Beasts, at least for initial kills. This order minimizes raid damage and introduces the easiest-to-counter abilities first.
Heavy Spear indicatorBeastlord Darmac begins the encounter with only two abilities:

Approximately every 20 seconds, Darmac uses

Cruelfang will leap to a random distant target and slash, leaving a bleed on all players within 7 yards of the target
Cruelfang then leaps back to his current threat target (the tank), and will again slash, leaving a bleed on all players within 7 yards
Ranged DPS and healers should stay spread out to avoid spreading

, and to avoid taking more than one stack
Melee DPS should be sure to stay away from the tank until Cruelfang has landed
Tanks should swap roles after 2-3 stacks of
狂乱撕扯
Additionally, Cruelfang will periodically cast

. This can be dispelled by enrage-removing effects such as

TantrumAfter Cruelfang dies, whenever Darmac is dismounted he will also use

While Ironcrusher is active, players will have to deal with:

Healers should use damage-reduction or throughput cooldowns to heal up

, which damages and knocks back the melee, then charges a random player at range, and again damages and knocks back players within 15 yards of the target

, a tank debuff that can be dropped if tanks taunt after 2 stacks
After Ironcrusher dies, whenever Darmac is dismounted he will also use

Inferno BreathWhile Dreadwing is active, players will have to deal with:

, a quick triple-breath that deals heavy Fire damage and leaves a stacking DoT on players damaged by it
Dreadwing will face a random direction to cast this - it cannot be aimed
Players must be aware and move quickly to avoid taking excessive

also leaves patches of fire on the ground that players should avoid standing in

will target two random players, disorienting them and dealing damage to players within 8 yards of the target

Players should move away from nearby Conflagrated targets
Dreadwing applies
Seared Flesh
with melee attacks, and can be dodged/parried; tanks can swap after 5-10 stacks depending on avoidance
After Dreadwing dies, whenever Darmac is dismounted he will use

will light the corpses of Pack Beasts on fire, dealing damage to players standing in them, and Heavy Spears will damage random targets with

Seeking Embers from Heavy SpearsDespite the large number of mechanics, the overall strategy for Darmac is fairly simple.
Ranged should stay spread out and all players must focus on minimizing the damage they take, particularly avoiding getting
Pinned Down
by a Heavy Spear.
Use efficient/passive AoE to keep the number of active Heavy Spears low.
Tanks should hold Darmac near the Prime Beast they want to activate next when he is close to a health "breakpoint", and near the Pack Beast spawn point otherwise.
Melee should back off a bit when Cruelfang or Darmac leap for
狂乱撕扯
.
Use healer cooldowns for

Move quickly out of the way when Dreadwing faces a random direction in preparation for

Looking For Raid Difficulty
There are no mechanical differences in the Looking For Raid difficulty of this encounter.
Mythic Difficulty
Darmac dismounts Beasts at 40% healthOn Mythic difficulty, Pack Beasts gain a

buff, periodically increasing their movement speed and damage. Players should be certain to quickly AoE the Pack Beasts down when they spawn, to avoid tank deaths to excessive damage.
When Cruelfang, Ironcrusher, or Dreadwing reaches 40% health, Darmac will dismount.
Both Darmac and the Prime Beast will each use their abilities
Players should still focus on killing the Beast first
Note that Darmac does not acquire a Beast's special ability until that Beast is dead
Cruelfang's
野蛮怒吼
will affect both Cruelfang and Darmac, and must be dispelled quickly from both enemies
In addition, the buff that Darmac receives after one of the Prime Beasts is slain may grant him additional bonuses:
狼之狡黠
, gained by defeating Cruelfang, causes Darmac to empower nearby allies (Pack Beasts, primarily, but also subsequent Prime Beasts after defeating Cruelfang) with 35% additional attack speed
雷象之怒
, gained by defeating Ironcrusher, causes Darmac to deal 25% additional damage
There is no change to the buff Darmac gains from defeating Dreadwing
Dreadwing's
爆燃
will target three players instead of two.
Faultline, a Mythic-only Beast, uses Cannonball BarrageBeastlord Darmac calls on a fourth Beast,

, after the other three Prime Beasts have been defeated. Darmac will call upon Faultline at 25% health, and Faultline will use the following abilities:

creates a zone beneath the boss that lasts one minute and deals moderate Nature damage to players within it.
The zone also slows players' movement speed. Stampeding Roar or other movement-speed boosting abilities will assist players in escaping the damage.
Tanks should move Faultline (or later, Darmac himself) after each
强震
so melee can still attack.
炮弹弹幕
will deal heavy Fire damage to players within 3 yards of its impact location. Players should move away from the cannonballs before they reach the ground.
势不可挡
will increase Faultline's damage by 10%, and stacks.
地动山摇
will periodically inflict light Physical damage to all players and reduce their movement speed by 50%.
重力碾压
requires tanks to stack together on Faultline to split the damage. This applies to a single attack, so tanks should watch for the
Heavy Smash buff
and use a cooldown to mitigate damage.
Darmac does not dismount Faultline at 40% health.
After Faultline dies, Darmac gains
裂蹄之心
, granting him the ability to cast

and

, and also doubling his current health, putting him back up to nearly 50% health for the final phase of the fight
EpicenterThis final phase of the encounter, after killing Faultline, will be very hectic, and will require extremely heavy healing. Additionally, players will find it difficult to move away from Heavy Spears while affected by the snares from

. The ranged DPS and healers should maintain a wide spread to avoid Heavy Spears and splashing

damage.
Efficient AoE and incidental cleave abilities can be used to defeat Pack Beasts and kill Heavy Spears, but players must maximize damage on Darmac to defeat him before

stacks are too high.

Beastlord Darmac
Ability:
Rend and Tear
For tanks and MDPS, when Beastlord Darmac goes to do
Rend and Tear
, you can avoid it. This ability has two attacks really, he targets a RDPS and jumps toward them adding his debuff, he then jumps back to where he was standing before the ability was used. To avoid this, run in the
OPPOSITE
direction as the way he leaped. If you run towards him he will land the blow no matter what, he seems to lock onto you. Make sure you're running the opposite way and not just side stepping. Hope this helps.
