Developers' Note
: Frost was starved of resources too often, especially when using Breath of Sindragosa. So the goal of the current change—Breath returns Runes at the start and end—is to make the Breath talent add resources, but to do so outside the Breath window. Even the Runes at the start are effectively “outside” the Breath window, because they counteract 2 Runes' worth of pooling that otherwise had to be done to play Breath optimally. Breath builds will now be able to fill more global cooldowns with casts of Obliterate, to make up for the lost Frost Strikes. The cost of Breath itself is increased to keep its overall duration roughly unchanged.
Your Frost Strike, Frostscythe, and Obliterate critical strikes reduce the remaining cooldown of Pillar of Frost by 1 sec.3 sec.
PvP Talents
Deals up to 6%0% of the target's total health in Frost damage and reduces their movement speed by 70% for 4 sec.
Chill Streak bounces up to 9 times between closest targets within 6 yards.

I really wish that they would address the Subtlety Rogue issue currently going on. They gutted it in Uldir and they just never made a replacement talent or ability to compensate. I get that Rogue is insanely powerful in mythic+ but why is this going unnoticed? I realize that there are many other specs that needs some love. Just bringing up the Sub thing in hopes that it gets looked into.

As a Horde rogue player i need to clarify something. Throughout the 8.2 patch when i stun a Human character does not matter whatever class she/he is, can remove it with racial and just after few seconds when i stun him/her again he/she can remove it again with Gladiator's Medallion. Was it the same before or that will be possible in 8.2 patch because of the global cooldown removal?

I think there was a typo in the updated information for Vengeance Demon Hunter Soul Cleave
Soul Cleave Viciously strike all enemies in front of you for (41.85%5835% of Attack power) Physical damage and heal yourself for (105% of Attack power).
Consumes up to 2 Soul Fragments within 25 yds.
It looks like there is a decimal missing between 58 and 35 in the attack power conversion percentage.

Wait so everyone blew up about frost mages being dead next patch? I see nothing to agree with that a nerf to glacial spike yes but that isn't enough to take them out of the contending for key range dps ?

Nearly 100% of all teams doing high keys are using Resto Druids.
As a Holy Paladin, I find it difficult to get into PUG groups, even when my raider.io is higher than the group leader's. Every team wants a Resto Druid.
So I come here and see... a slight nerf to Holy Paladins and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to balance out Resto Druids.
NOTHING. I guess the message here is that all healers should be druids if you want to do high mythic+ keys.

So just a few things... First, the prot warrior nerf is now 70%? Thats going to kill prot warr in m+ completely, nerfing it to 50% was fine enough. Second, human racial not being shared with regular trinket is what caused them to be the most broken race since vanilla, and its getting changed back to that for what reason exactly? Third, buffing the BiS AoE outlaw rogue trait is extremely stupid, no matter how small the buff is.

Thank you for nerfing my prot warrior blizz.i appreciate that right when i was on the verge of returning to wow for 8.2 i get to see my class get ^&*! canned again. im glad to see that nothing has changed and prot warriors are still getting dumped on. the only thing we had a prot warriors was our damage but now we have nothing yet again. it was hard enough trying to get into raids and mythic dungeons but now it will be impossible. its kind of hard to find the desire to keep playing after your class continues to be decimated by useless and unneeded nerfs along with having the worst ability toolkit out of all the tank classes.
