What is Mythic+?
Mythic+ is a special type of dungeon mode in Dragonflight, offering players an endlessly-scaling challenge. High-end PvE players will want to clear a Mythic 20 dungeon weekly to receive the best possible loot from the Great Vault, awarding ilvl 483 gear. Individual runs reward the group with loot, based on the difficulty ran, up to item level 470.

Blood Death Knight Mythic+ Talent Builds per Dungeon
Unfortunately, Blood Death Knights do not offer that much in terms of dungeon talent build diversity. We will elect to make three specific choice suggestions of utility on the class tree:
For

, we will suggest defaulting to a build with

in it on every week. This is a modest DPS gain and allows you to remove a

from play completely. Do bear in mind that if you do not kill it, or if it dies while mind controlled in a pull where it has taken no party damage, you will not get the count from it.

, we will opt for both

. The former is so you can remove a

from play on every pack on the undead side, preferably before the totem they are tied to is destroyed. Their

The main factor behind whether a build with
反魔法领域
is advised for a certain dungeon depends on the pain points for
your group
, in terms of mechanics where the following is true:
They can stack within a 8yd radius for a predictable set of mechanics (i.e. no spread)
Those mechanics are deadly
Those mechanics are bursty or protrude enough in time to make
反魔法领域
a noticeable effect
Those mechanics are frequent and predictable, and most groups will know when to expect
反魔法领域
and go in it over time
We have opted to suggest it by default on a
single
dungeon irrespective of these choices as all conditions are implicitly met. As Blizzard decided to make
膨胀
undispellable, your party now gets to deal with two synced
膨胀
casts on the very last pack of the dungeon (except if you do some fancy vanish shenanigans, which we will not cover here as it relies entirely on your rogue or hunter - or night elf - to perform the pull correctly). As you are all stacked and essentially hugging the door when this happens, this makes it an implicit ideal cast time for

Dealing with Weekly Affixes as a Blood Death Knight
Blood Death Knights have a few key ways to help themselves and their group on certain affixes. We have listed them below:
There is nothing you can do about Afflicted. You do not have a dispel and the only heal that works on Afflicted mobs -

- takes 4+ casts (your entire RP Bar and then some) to heal them up. As such, this affix is a firmly
not your problem
scenario. The three new affixes have this recurring theme for us.
You can, however, immune their debuff with

if one goes through.
When you get Entangled, simply move out of the circle. You can also pre-
反魔法护罩
the entangle, or
反魔法护罩
the resulting debuff, but it is honestly simpler to walk out of it.
Pick

. You can drop
衰弱
for it.
Casting this in large pulls is risky (since it causes you to not be able to do anything while casting, and not be able to dodge or parry), but it allows you to completely disable one Incorporeal add.
If you are running
亡者之握
, be particularly aware of when any enemy that can drop sanguine dies. You ideally want to make sure no other enemy is slowed by this, in order to minimize the healing they receive.
You can pre-
反魔法护罩
the stacks applied by Bursting.
You cannot remove the enrage effect the reworked Raging affix applies. This makes enemies immune to crowd control - meaning that, for a short period of time,
亡者之握
will not work, and
致盲冰雨
will do nothing.
Tanks are not a target for Spiteful enemies. However, they
can
be damaged, and if you're playing
碎心打击
(which you should be doing. You are, right?), these are effectively bonus Runic Power. Keep
枯萎凋零
up, and just profit!
Enemies will temporarily gain bonus damage when other enemies of the same aggro type die (hostile enemies bolster other hostile enemies). If at all possible, you should make sure that one of the two following scenarios play out:
If there is a dangerous/priority target in the group, and
particularly
if it is dangerous to the group, you should aim to make sure that it dies first
If the pack is mostly equal health enemies, aim to cleave them down evenly
This buff currently lasts 20 seconds.
Volcanoes spawn below or near people. Just don't be in them or you'll take light amounts of fire damage and be knocked up in the air.
You can eat Storming tornadoes with
死亡脚步
. It is a very good idea to do so (as long as you do it safely!) as it means nobody has to get thrown up in the air.

Blood Death Knight Viability In Mythic+
Blood Death Knight is perfectly viable in Mythic+, and brings to the table a dazzling amount of utility, consistent damage and toolkit that really shines in all dungeons.
Defensively, we also have an answer to everything the dungeons may throw at us. A toolkit comprising of a mix of reactive tools (such as
灵界打击
) and proactive damage mitigation and absorption tools allows us to plan ahead and come out winning - as long as we don't die. That said, with the cooldown reduction we picked up in Dragonflight on

, we are in a very strong position in all dungeons available in Season 3 (particularly considering the number of casts you can straight up remove using

).
Our weaknesses are twofold:
We are tethered a lot more strongly to
枯萎凋零
this expansion. This hinders our ability to unexpectedly move, and heavily punishes players unable to plan ahead, both defensively and offensively.
Blood Death Knights will be familiar with this, as it has been a trend for three expansions now, but - rotational mistakes are impactful but not immediately noticeable. If you've ever felt like you're falling behind, you will surely know what I'm talking about.

: Mob control
Unlike in raids, Mythic+ has a variety of non-elite enemies with abilities that can be prevented or interrupted through non-conventional means. We commonly call this a "pseudo interrupt", and Blood Death Knights bring a very appealing toolkit to do so, even against targets whose spells do not go on cooldown if stopped midway through a cast.
Without a change to our standard build, the following tools are available to you:

(2 charges, 15s recharge): forcibly relocate an enemy. This cancels any spell not flagged as castable while moving
憎恶附肢
(2min cooldown): a somewhat unpredictable grip every second. You can engineer it to target the right enemy by moving slightly away from it, as it prioritizes the furthest target within 15 yards
致盲冰雨
(1min cooldown): AoE frontal disorient, virtually guaranteed to not be affected by diminishing returns as only two other spells in PvE are on the same DR chain

: The Ultimate Mechanic Cheese Tool
Put simply, any ability with a debuff that is either magic, a curse or a poison can be immuned while
反魔法护罩
is active. On top of this, a
very
large number of spells that also apply those effects apply the debuff part before the damage effect, making it possible to immune them even if
反魔法护罩
breaks from the damage of the ability.
There are a myriad of options in which this has value - from immuning the toxic DoT of your own
枯萎活力药水
, to immuning a threatening ability such as the DoT from
恒时吐息
on Chrono-Lord Deios.

I just want to mention some things I have picked up about

.
In Atal Dazar the big abomination type mobs are an excellent choice to control here. When I am tanking I usually send the CC'd one into the next trash pack to die, and then CC the big one from that trash pack. Doing this our group only has to actually fight one of them, and that is completely by themselves.
In King's Rest there are 3 possible adds useful for controlling.
The Berserker's to control their debuff stacks on the tank.
The Hex Priest for their hex ability (Which does not get broken by damage)
And the beast master which does unbelievable damage thanks to their stacking poison debuff on targets.
On thing to keep in mind about the Beast Master though is it does knockback a lot of targets and therefore you need to make sure you control where the beast master is firing from in certain trash pulls (I am not sure if this ability can be turned of or not)

During the Necrotic week,

indirectly (and directly) provides significantly more mitigation than

, especially when facing a pack with mobs immune to CC/snare. It makes it easier to reset stacks, prevents gaining stacks for longer and allows this to be done more often, which in my experience running higher/high keys results in overall lower stacks count, more group damage done (since less kiting), reduces strain on the healer = less downtime between pulls

: while unique as a baseline ability, Vengeance Demon Hunters have the option of talenting a similar ability in
Sigil of Chains
.

You can now control undead a mob in the Surgeon stitchfest encounter. He will spawn after all are killed/controlled.
