What's New in 9.2.5
In 9.2.5 we retain our most exciting aspects of 9.2 as well as potentially less attachment to our factions.
For crafted items, 9.2 introduced item level 262 crafts via

. Both of these can have predetermined stats to maximize value from our

as well as guarantee tertiary speed from

. I have been using these crafts on my hands, belt, legs, both rings, and alchemy trinket.
Additionally, as some will have less faction attachments, more races and advantages and disadvantages are available. Personally, I have changed from

to try out

as well as to try out Alliance routing options. This has had some advantages and some disadvantages but the change of scenery has been nice as well!
Character Level
With legion legendary items being disabled in 9.0.1, we have two main options that are promising, as well as a potential third that could be playable.
Short version: what’s the best? It is not clear. I believe that both level 50 and 60 are both competitive currently, though I would not be surprised to see level 60 pull ahead as speed tertiary, secondary stats (for
远行者
), and conduits scale in ilvl, as well as potential new legendaries being added.
Option 1: Level 50
Pros:

-- Lightfoots are significantly better than their level 60 counterparts in both raw speed and usability (see consumables).
Covenant Ability -- by doing the maw intro and selecting a covenant via threads of fate (may require locking xp, unsure), you can get a covenant ability.
Cons:
Legendaries -- there is currently no way to use legendaries at level 50. For some classes this will not be an issue, but for some this is a decent speed loss. See gearing section for some discussion.
Soulbinds -- while level 50 characters can have covenant abilities, they aren’t able to access soulbinds or finesse conduits, both of which do impact your speed.
Option 2: Level 60
Pros:
Covenants/Soulbinds -- you will have access to both covenants and soulbinds which for many specs are a decent source of speed
Legendaries -- Access to legendaries for either speed or damage, this can be very impactful depending on spec (see gearing for discussion).
Cons:

-- this is just a worse lightfoot, you’re effectively giving up 80% speed for 8s compared to a lightfoot. Both reset on raid boss kills so they have a high uptime.
While there’s only one con for level 60, I currently believe that the lightfoot is a massive advantage to give up in many raids.

Food Buffs

-- grants speed stat on killing an enemy. Works on enemies that don’t grant experience or honor, inside of instances and out, and is a very good use of the food buff if you’re actively killing trash* for the buff.
*Having high uptime on this speed buff saves you seconds every minute of running, so it’s never worth slowing down to kill anything. Just pick off one or two mobs every 4 seconds to keep the buff up and never stop moving.

-- any time you’re in an outdoor area (of which there are quite a few) you want to be using

The speed of the glider does not seem to scale with any move speed buffs.

No uses known to me. All of their wormhole Generators are random teleports and there are no useful tinkers.

- This is a unique wormhole generator as you can choose the destination zone and varying teleport locations in that zone. I currently believe this to be useful in teleporting to the Shadowmoon Burial Grounds

can be useful to get you close to a capital city portal (via oribos tp) if you’re on a very teleport heavy run. I have not had a need for this but it's a nice tool to have.
Ability Usage
There’s two main uses for speed abilities: when you need them, and when you’d otherwise be running with no speed modifiers. In general, you want to prioritize speed abilities so that you have ones that you need when you need them, and then minimize the time spent running at base speed.
Additionally, it is vitally important that you consider what stacks and what does not -- a mix of actives and passives can stack (example

), but multiple active abilities tend not to stack (example
狂奔怒吼
and

), so it tends to be better chain abilities rather than stack them.
An example of when you need a speed ability would be at the timestamp in
this
video -- to the best of my knowledge, I needed both

to make that jump. So I held spell=102401 until then and used my
野性冲锋
early to make sure it was back up at this time.
From there your priority can change if you’re in dungeons or raids.
In raids, you will want to consider what resets on bosses (I don’t have an exhaustive list on this, but druid cat dash and dh meta are prime examples, as well as speed potions) and make sure that those are used to their fullest value before you’ve killed the next boss.
As I play a

are available, you probably use one immediately after every boss then chain other speed abilities prioritizing full value from ones that reset.
In dungeons, basically nothing ever resets, so I tend to order them where I can get use out of the speed food. For example, I can’t attack in

without breaking it, so I only want to

when there’s very low mob density, and prefer to use movement that keeps me in
猎豹形态
in high mob density areas where I can spam

for the food buff speed stat.
This changes slightly in outdoor areas because we can now use

. Because Gunshoes are one of the fastest things we currently have, I try to get the highest value possible out of them if I can only use one, or I try to get multiple uses if that’s an option. Most raid layouts do not let you get the full 25 seconds, so I prefer getting multiple uses.

Teleports: Items and Abilities
In addition to navigating through instances, to be fast you'll need to navigate between them! Unsurprisingly, we're very interested in using teleports to minimize flying time, as flying ends up being a huge time sink -- for example in a Mists of Pandaria All Dungeons speedrun, I spent nearly 10 minutes of the 34 minute run just flying to instances!
Some of our biggest time saves are from portals in capital cities -- there are a LOT at this point. Thankfully, we have quite a few ways to quickly access them.

Between 1 Hearth to anywhere, two fixed location hearths with many nearby teleports, and 3 teleports to your capital city, these will cover most of your teleport needs.
But, sometimes you need to get somewhere specific. Here's a not quite exhaustive list of useful item and ability based teleports to each region of the game. In addition, there are a ton of travel methods that are not item and ability based, so I would recommend checking out the Traveling Around Azeroth Guide when you're thinking about routing.

Let's Talk About Tertiary Speed
Before we get our gear together, we want an idea both of how speed works and why we want multiple types of speed rather than dumping entirely into tertiary speed.
This table and its explanation is sourced from Dillybar’s speed set guide on Wowhead:
Tertiary speed works as follows. Every 10 tertiary speed adds 1% to your base speed, all the way until you have 10% bonus speed (110% overall base speed). So if you equip an item with 33 speed, that will give you 3.3% bonus speed (113.3% overall base speed). Be aware, if you are looking at the "Speed" under your in-game character attributes, that will round up or down to the nearest number, but your actual speed will be the percentage (54 tertiary speed will show as "5%" but will actually be 5.4%). You can confirm this by doing a mouse-over on your "Speed" numbers.
Upon reaching 100 tertiary speed (10% bonus speed), diminishing returns kicks in. The graph below illustrates how the diminishing returns works.
I will demonstrate with my own current speed to show how this works.
Currently I have 266 tertiary speed, which is a bonus of 19.64% (119.64% base speed).
My first 100 speed gives me a full 10% speed (100 X 0.1 = 10%).
The next 50 speed (100-150) gives me 4% (50 X 0.08 = 4%).
The next 50 speed (150-200) gives me 3% (50 X 0.06 = 3%).
My last 87 speed (200-287) gives me 3.48% (87 X 0.04 = 3.48%).
So that's 10% + 4% + 3% + 3.48% = 20.48%. I can confirm this on the Attributes panel on my Character Info screen in-game.
Any tertiary speed above 200 will increase your base speed by 0.04%, there is no hard cap. For instance, if you have 400 tertiary speed, your first 200 will give you 17% speed. The last 200 will give you 8% speed (200 X 0.4 = 8).
What we learn from the diminishing returns on tertiary speed is that tertiary speed is not everything -- it’s necessary and we do want as much of it as possible, but not at the expense of our overall speed.

We’ll go over the specifics in a given gear slot’s section, but keep in mind that it is possible due to

Not every spec has a useful speed legendary, and some are a stretch. Specs without useful legendaries are grouped at the end.
When crafting a legendary for speed, you should aim to craft it on a slot that is neither a

azerite slot, nor a significant enchant or on use slot (primarily boots). The stats you craft on it should include the stat that

is pulling from.

Longstrider Azerite Item Level
The speed contribution of
Longstrider
scales with item levels in 2 ways -- both the amount of secondary stat needed per % and the total % speed gain.
While there are some weird breakpoints, in general a higher item level piece will give you both more movement speed and take less of your highest secondary stat to achieve it.
While you are at the mercy of drop rates for these,
远行者
is one of your best per-slot speed gains (other than boots), so it’s in your best interest to max out item level on these.
Gear slots
Here we’ll go through specifically what to look for in relevant slots, including what azerite to look for as it’s a bit harder to obtain.
**Speed gems are slot agnostic, but you absolutely want a

where I used to get ~300% speed and now get ~10%. This means that if you were making

For example, some things I'm looking to improve would be getting tertiary speed on high mastery legs and belt, and ideally on the 262 ring -- this would allow me to wear a speed statted trinket instead of spending that budget on mastery for capping my longstrider. In an ideal world I'd have higher item level cloak, gloves, and legs, though they have proven tough to replace either due to stat distributions or tertiary speed.

Raid Walkthroughs
Here we'll be walking through speedruns of raids from each expansion. These runs are done by me either in patch 9.0.1, 9.0.2, or 9.0.5 on a balance druid. These walkthroughs don't specifically explain movement speed ability usage, which you can find guidance for in the Priorities section of the guide, but rather focuses on time saves that add up over the course of all raids.

This is a very execution heavy speedrun, with lots of places to get slowed by enemies, fall off of ledges, or miss small things that add up to major time loss.
For strat development, I'm very interested in if there's a way to efficiently reapply the

food buff for AQ20 and Molten Core to shave off even more seconds.
Routing
I've routed this in this way as MC/BWL has a VERY convenient hearth location at Iron Summit. MC and AQ40 have easy raid exits via death, so they go first between the raids in their areas.
The run I am linking to was done in the Shadowlands prepatch 9.0.1. While move speed is higher post 9.0.2, I have not been able to recreate this run with the loss of

The Prophet Skerem
First boss,

will social aggro the trash in its room if you pull the boss on or before its platform. We avoid this by attacking from the landing on the upper stairs. We may have to wait a few seconds for the door, but staying out of combat to use

Based on my testing, basically no additional factors (applying dots, using more abilities) other than raw attack speed had any noticeable effect on kill time. While Demon Hunters should just attack rapidly with chaos damage, the rest of us will be using any haste cooldowns and

. During this fight, all of the trash we're in combat with catches up and we kill it while we wait.

Suppression Room

, we head into the suppression room. Post 9.0.2, the slow in the suppression room seems to not affect level 60 characters. This may change the future, in which case avoiding combat is preferable. For now though, we can get in combat with no repercussions.
Nefarion and Friends
Heading to

we then fight four bosses in quick succession, where we use our movement early and often trying to make the best use of boss cooldown resets. On level 50 characters, this is a VERY fast section with nearly 100%

Routing:
The main objective in this routing is using the transition from ToC to ICC as ToC has the Dalaran portal and going from OS/RS to Naxx due to the short flight. For ease of running, I've put VoA first, which I recommend you do too, as it's dependent on winning Wintergrasp. This allows you to win Wintergrasp and immediately start the run, rather than risking losing a run part way through because the zone changed hands.
The teleport based travel can be in any order (Hearthing to EoE,
火枪鞋
to Ulduar, TP to ToC,
达拉然炉石
to use Chromie Scenario to OS/RS,

to Gadgetzan), but I have chosen to put EoE first of the teleports as it's easy bug out and brick the run. So if you're going to brick it, might as well get that out of the way early instead of an hour in.
It's worth noting that for alliance players who are feeling risky, it may or may not be worth starting at Eye of Eternity, as the alliance flight to it is a bit longer than the horde one. I personally have not tested this as I play horde.
Potential Time Saves:
This is one of the longest runs that I do, clocking in at just over an hour in the sample run we'll be looking at. Longer instances like ICC, Ulduar, and Naxx have a TON of time save based on good movement and optimization. I believe there is more rp skips and similar to be learned in this run, but I've reduced my own time on this run by well over half an hour just by moving better and faster.

is fine, as long as we always have a speed boost in this raid.

This is a relatively straight forward raid with one major chance to bug it out and brick your run. After activating the fight we hit

's room we kill the enemies in the center of the arena and immediately hit the lever to run the gauntlet. Sometimes the arena enemies respawn once and sometimes they don't, so be prepared to kill them twice.
In the

gauntlet, I believe it is preferable to kill everything if there's no time loss to do so. If we stay in combat with some enemies that's ok as we can drop combat naturally in Freya's room, but this reset is sometimes troublesome. Running the end of the gauntlet we hug the right side, primarily due to superstition of a higher likelihood of getting stunned running down mid. I'm not certain if this is true but I'm not trying to get stunned and find out.

Freya and Mimiron

is a nice simple run in, hit the boss, run out. There's quite a bit of trash in the way to get to Freya and you can kill it or avoid it. I avoid it with stealth as target capped abilities may lose us a few seconds when packs are bigger than 5 enemies, which they are.
The important thing is that we need to be out of combat to use the teleporter to

Having the

teleporter option involves having

dead, so if by some chance she's still alive, we need to go kill her even if she's out of the way losing us time.

On the Faction champions fight, we follow the standard guidance for council boss fights, and wait for the rp casting to finish and for the bosses to settle down before engaging. Attacking too quickly can make some of them evade and the Paladin enemy can cast bubble.

buff. In the clip I do this by clicking off the buff, but a cancelaura macro will do as well.
While the Gunship is flying we build up cannon power to use a spender immediately on the opposing faction's ship. Once we defeat the other ship, we can jump prepare for an rp skip. As the gunship flies away, we can use a speed strat of jumping off the ship timed in such a way where the encounter's death medallion shows up while we're falling, then immediately hit the ground to die, release, and teleport up to Deathbringer's rise. This skips the slow walk of

over to the teleporter.
In the sample run I use the safety strat, which involves waiting for the ship to dock, teleporting to anywhere else in the raid, and then back to Deathbringer's Rise. This still saves a few seconds over waiting for rp.

gauntlet, we do what we can to quickly dispose of the 3 waves of enemies. Due to the small critters in the way, target capped specs may have to press a few abilities per wave.

Thankfully Naxxramas is a long but straightforward dungeon with basically no tech currently. This means that all of our time save comes from moving fast and moving well, not backtracking to kill any trash and one shotting any bosses that have intermission phases to skip them. The order of wings doesn't matter, so we'll walk through them in the order of the sample run.

During this fight, most of the trash we've been in combat with for the whole raid will catch up to us -- we just kill it as it approaches.
Moving onto the Four Horseman--as we love about council bosses, killing the horsemen too fast will reset the boss. In the sample run, I let all horsemen run to their respective corners and then start killing them. The most common reset reason is killing the first one before it reaches its corner will not count as a kill and will reset the boss.

Routing:
The Cataclysm Zones are easily accessible from the portals in capital cities. For casual play, this is extremely convenient -- but for speed, this leads to a lot of flying relative to the more convenient teleports we have access to in other expansions. This means that aside from our hearth to Blackwing Descent, we rely on guild cloak teleports to our capital city and zone teleports to the raids respective zones. For this reason, the order of this run doesn't matter, aside from my strong recommendation to start in Baradin Hold.
Potential Time Save:
With most of our travel splits being routed through the capital cities rather than difficult teleports, travel splits are not a great time save unlike some other runs -- doing everything to optimize load times will be significant since we go through significantly more here than in some other runs. Other than that, it's largely taking actions quickly on some fights like Sinestra, and generally moving fast all the time.

Magmaw and Omnitron Defense System
As we enter

is always active, Omnitron Defense System seems to spawn a random amount of time from first movement in the instance. This is a rather frustrating variability and leads to some superstition as seen in the sample run. In the sample run, we run up to the Omnitron trash, kill it, and take a step in the room as if to start some rp that isn't there. We then run over to

, kill it, and return to a still unspawned Omnitron.
This strat was facilitated by

potions at level 50, but with slightly less options at Level 60, we're more likely to just head to

I believe the lava spawn is different as of now, but very specifically when

Entering the raid, the first room is a time sensitive endeavor -- either the yellow orbs OR one of the trash enemies can lose us some time by death or disorient. It's a bit tough to know for sure as bricked runs tend to disappear, but I believe the yellow orbs on the side do poorly scaled ramping damage based on their channel that will kill us at very high levels. We'll be wary of this possibility, but it can be completely avoided by navigating through this room QUICKLY.
Exiting the dangerous room, killing

is as easy as an attack, then we make our way to the exit of his room, which may require us waiting a second at the door for rp.
From this gauntlet room on, we don't need to worry about being in or out of combat as any trash will reset when we jump down to

, we zoom on through taking no time to stop and deal with enemies.

The Ascendant council is intersting, as the health percentages of the individual bosses don't matter other than them being sub 20%, but getting them there quickly is essential to start the final phase spawning sequence, which takes as much time as the rest of the fight. Sinestra

is interesting as she has a VERY long intermission phase that's largely time gated with some specific actions for us to take.
We can move her out of phase one instantly with an attack and move into the rp filled intermission. The goal of the intermission is to kill the two eggs on either side of her to make her vulnerable again, which can only be done after killing the drake that flies in. To do this efficiently, we can dot up (if possible) both eggs as the drake is out of range, then hit the drake so the eggs can die instantly. This pushes the boss into phase 3 for a quick kill.
In the sample run, I do that, then equip our second guild teleport cloak (
协和披风
) and use it. Dropping combat on this fight can be slightly buggy so equipping it before the boss can be preferable though not always possible. If we don't drop combat quickly, we can use the backup strat of a
达拉然炉石
to lose a few seconds in travel but avoid sitting in combat for an unknown amount of time.

Throne of the Four Winds
Landing back in our capital city, we head over to the

To kill the Conclave of Wind, we basically move from platform to platform and tag each miniboss moving counterclockwise.
Depending on which patch we're playing during, the gusts of wind between the Conclave's platforms can be buggy (this actually can change randomly with the patch). If they are buggy and oscillate between functioning and not functioning every few seconds, we can just pause at the edge to ensure that we're jumping into a functioning gust.
After downing the Conclave, we quickly click on the vehicle button gust of wind to fly towards

. Notably we cannot do this in any shapeshift. After a quick hit to

for the kill, we use our next teleport out. This is likely our third guild cloak (

Once at the top of the tower again, we can click the portal to fight

. We quickly kill the trash, then we can do the second piece of tech. Similar to the previous bosses, if we simply Kill

, we will have to wait 3-4 seconds for the portal to re-open after combat ends. Instead of doing this, we can save a few seconds by firing off a ranged ability that will one shot

As this trash is ending, we have our third piece of tech, and this one has a ~30 second time save. To do this skip, we need some kind of slow fall and a speed boost to jump off the platform. In the sample clip, I waited until Deathwing stopped speaking, counted to 4 (ish) popped a

off of the platform. Once

Spine is a rather unfortunate fight as its both quite slow and quite punishing. One of the main ways to minimize mishaps is to minimize random damage procs that could kill the

This run is routed as suggested mostly to save time flying and outdoor running (thanks Isle of Thunder) -- the two chunks that need to be back to back is Throne > Heart of Fear and Terrace > Siege of Orgrimmar. Mogu'shan could be where it is or at the very end of the run based on preference.
Potential Time Save
This run has a LOT of running, a few bosses that can take more or less time based on how fast you kill them (Dark Animus, Lei-Shen skipping intermissions) as well as a few places to brick the instance if you kill it too fast (Iron Juggernaut, causing a respawn on Fallen Protectors, Paragons). Overall it's a delicate balance of moving as quickly as possible when you can and exercising restraint to not brick instances when you can't.

Since the raid is on heroic, the Will of the Emperor fight is triggered by breaking the pipes on the left/right side of the lower level. Kill the waves as they spawn then kill the boss.

Once off the boat, its bomb defusing time. It's generally easier to not get in combat with trash or the cannons but that isn't always possible. General aoe like cat swipe is risky here as the cannons take a while to drop combat and bombs cant be diffused in combat. Similarly trash from relatively far away has a tendency to get in combat, so slow and steady tends to win the race.
Now that the bombs are diffused, wait for the npcs and start the

Downfall
The Paragons is our last major spot to brick the instance, and it is far and away the easiest to mess up. If the paragons are killed too quickly, at least one of them will bug out and not fly into the arena. The only consistent strat that I know of is to wait for 20 seconds on the combat timer to kill the first one, then wait for the next paragon to land before killing another.
It's important to note that this is 20 seconds on the combat timer and not 20 seconds after clicking the crystal (probably 25 seconds from clicking the crystal). Slow and steady really wins the race here as a slow paragons will take about two minutes, but finding out its bugged, resetting the instance, and coming back will take nearly five.
After the nerve-racking paragons, head to

to finish off the instance. There's a long RP here that can be avoided by pulling the trash in the hallway onto
加尔鲁什·地狱咆哮
and forcing a reset. The sample run does not do this, but it will save some time. During the fight, phase

This run is routed as BRF > HM > HFC partially for portal and food buff efficiency. BRF has a planned death in it, and going to Highmaul second allows refreshing food buff during Kargath rp. Additionally, this order supports having only the two hearthstones and the ogre waygate portals, with access to Challenge Mode portals the travel time optimized route might change.
Potential Time Save
This run has some elevator shenanigans in BRF, so getting a feel for that timer to get a fast elevator saves upwards of 40 seconds. There's also some technical bosses that can be made shorter/longer with some finesse like Iskar and Blast Furnace. This is a nice short technical run with a very low barrier to entry and for that it's one of my favorites.

Starting off in the foundry, head right into the Blast Furnace wing. Kill

The blast furnace has tons of potential for time gain/loss depending on the engineers and bombs. On normal difficulty, the heat regulators take six bombs to kill, so the ideal strategy will be to wait for 3 bombs to be cast on you, then kill the engineer on top of the regulator and spam click the bomb on the ground then the extra action button for the final 3 hits. Then repeat for the other side, then finish the fight. Next, run back up out of this wing (or take a death if there's a very fast way to do so).

Be careful on the way to

as there are stealthed trash mobs that stun for four seconds. They tend to wander down the middle of the hallways so outside edges are safer. Similarly to Hellfire Assault, all of the trash needs to be killed to spawn

is a great way to gather it up again. Kill

and head into the Halls of Blood.

Halls of Blood
Similar to the

area, the hallways before Hellfire High Council has stealthed trash that stuns, so try not to cross the middle of the pathway. At the High Council, like every other council encounter the order matters a tiny bit -- a decent strat that causes no issues is right (

Next head to and kill
基尔罗格·死眼
. There's no more stealth trashed so these long hallways are just optimizing for speed.
Lastly is

, kill the miniboss to start the boss spawn and position next to a ledge. Kill

and jump into the pit, respawning at the entrance and taking the upper citadel portal.

Upper Citadel
In the upper citadel area, head south towards and kill Socrethar the Eternal and head into the gauntlet. This gauntlet involves closing the four portals and killing the miniboss. The only real time loss is having the cast interrupted, so head to the closest portal and close it immediately, kill the first spawned wave at the second and close it before anything else runs over. Repeat this for the last two ending southeast and kill the miniboss.
Head into

's area, kill her, and head to
暗影领主艾斯卡
. Like many bosses before, an intermission can be skipped on
暗影领主艾斯卡
by oneshotting him (or being very close). Skipping this intermission is such a timesave that it's worth it to kill one trash mob with reaping flames in
暗影领主艾斯卡
's room to proc double damage, wait out the 5sec cooldown, then combo reaping flames and another large hit. This can also be done by killing
暴君维哈里
with reaping flames.
After this, head toward
邪能领主扎昆
, killing the trash mobs to open the doors. Unfortunately there's some rp but kill the miniboss and fel lord quickly and head over to
祖霍拉克
. After killing
祖霍拉克
, do one last dive into the pit to respawn at the entrance of the raid and take the destructor's rise portal again.

Great guide! Learning a ton from you. Here's the only things I have to add from my testing.
If you're using fried bonefish, and can maintain uptime on the Sprint effect, then you're always over the maximum DR for the speed stat, and the 2% from Gift of Haste will always be slightly better that +30 from Fortified Speed, even if you have 0 speed tertiary on the rest of your gear. But if you're super min/maxing, then it might be worthwhile to have a macro that swaps out the cape for when you can't keep up the buff.
Stampeding Roar doesn't stack with Tiger Dash, so use them consecutively rather than all at once. If taking tiger dash, the move speed decreases but you maintain the last move speed % if you are airborn, so spamming jump is faster.
Draven's 10% mount speed effect doesn't work outside of SL.
Probably worth mentioning Runeblade of Baron Rivendare. Druids can't use it but for any sword weilders, it's an easy +10% all the time
Warrior specific stuff.
Talents: Fresh Meat / Double Time / --- / Bounding Stride / --- / Bladestorm / Anger Management
1. Enrage increases run speed by 10%. Fresh Meat talent makes Bloodthirst's enrage proc chance 100%. Enrage lasts 4 seconds, so you need about 380 haste to get bloodthirst down to a 4 second CD for a 100% uptime. Don't spam it when approaching enemies though, or you'll just autoattack them.
2. If you're open world, use the pvp talent Barbarian for
double heroic leap
on EACH of the three heroic leap charges. 6 leaps! Also use Enduring rage to enrage for 5 seconds instead of 4.
3. Warriors are potentially as fast as druids, but are more bursty. We shine in quick segments where there's enough RP for our Leaps to recharge. We can smooth out the burst in long treks though by waiting until the Bounding Stride 70% buff is complete before jumping again. After that, you'll still have 15s before you can jump again. Great time to use up your charges of Charge and to use Door of Shadows (+25% for 6s with Nadja, on avg). But there's an important azerite trait called Gathering Storm. that is a must take and is the reason why we have Bladestorm. While bladestorming (4 seconds), you build up to +30% speed, and then maintain that for 6 seconds. Multiple traits increase the strength gain but don't stack the speed effect, so go for a secondary stat boost instead if you have multiple copies.. This is essentially stampeding roar though, 30% for 10s once a minute. Bladestorm on CD.
