Tides of Vengeance, also known as patch 8.1, is the first major Patch of Battle for Azeroth, currently without a release date. Tides of Vengeance brings many changes to classes, notably to specializations with outstanding issues like Elemental and Enhancement Shamans, Shadow Priests, and Feral Druids.
The patch also intends to expand the Azerite system, by adding a
5th ring
to Azerite armor, adding new Azerite traits for all specializations, and tuning remaining traits, replacing unappealing ones.

Deals reduced damage to secondary targets. You will continue breathing until your Runic Power is exhausted or you cancel the effect.
Drain the warmth of life from all nearby enemies within 8 yards, dealing Frost damage over 8 sec and reducing their movement speed by 20%.

Remorseless Winter: All targets within 5 yards are afflicted with Deathchill when Remorseless Winter is cast.
Chains of Ice: When you Chains of Ice a target already afflicted by your Chains of Ice you Freeze them, rooting them in place for 4 sec.they will be afflicted by Deathchill.
All enemies within 10 yards slowly decay, losing up to 3% of their max health every 2 sec. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts for 6 sec.

Your Howling Blast and Frost Strike apply Delirium to the target.
Delirium
A disease that debilitates the targets movement, reducing the cooldown recovery rate of movement enhancing abilities by 25%. Stacks up to 2 times. Lasts for 8 sec.15 sec.

Draw upon unholy and frost energies to become Undead for 10 sec. While undead all damage is reduced by 30% and you are nearly unstoppable becoming immune to Stun, Snare, Fear and Root effects.
However, during Lichborne you cannot move faster than 50% of normal speed.

Festering Wounds dealBursting a Festering Wound deals 25% more damage, when burst, and all enemies within 8 yds of a burst Festering Wound sufferand deals (20% of Attack power) Shadow damage to all nearby targets.
Death Strike's cost is reduced by 10, and its healing is increased by 40%60%.
Necrotic Strike now also hits all enemies near the target.

Deals up to 8% of the targets maximum health in Shadow damage over 4 sec. Healing spells cast on this target will refresh the duration of Crypt Fever.
A vicious strike that deals (16.4424%30% of Attack power) Plague damage, and converts 1 Festering Wound into a Necrotic Wound, absorbing the next (150 / 100 * Attack power) healing received by the target.up to 8% of the target's maximum health in healing recieved.

When you use Outbreak, all enemies within 25 yards afflicted by your diseases take (16.38% of Attack power) Shadow damage and the duration of your diseases on them are refreshed.

Raises an Abomination for 25 sec which wanders and attacks enemies near where it was summoned, applying Festering Wound when it melees targets, and affecting all those nearby with Virulent Plague.
REMOVED
Outbreak also infects the target with Wandering Plague, causing 16 Shadow damage over 8 sec. When Wandering Plague's duration ends or is dispelled, it jumps to a nearby enemy within 30 yards afflicted by one of your diseases.
Lasts for 3 jumps. You can only have one Wandering Plague active at any one time.

Leader of the Pack also causes affected targets to heal themselves for 4% of their maximum health when they critically hit with a melee or ranged attack. The healing effect cannot occur more than once every 6 sec.
Interrupting a spell with Skull Bash resets thereduces the remaining cooldown of Tiger's Fury, Survival Instincts, and Stampeding Roar by 10 sec.

Restoration Affinity: After you Swiftmend, the cast time of your Regrowth is reduced by 30% and its healing is increased by 30% for 8 sec.
Balance Affinity: After you enter Moonkin Form, you gain 30% spell hastethe cast time of your Solar Wrath, Lunar Strike and Starsurge is reduced by 30% for 10 sec.
Feral Affinity: While in Cat Form, your damage is increased by 30%.25%.

PvP Talents
Wild Growth is now instant cast, and when you heal 6 allies with Wild Growth you gain Full Bloom. This effect has a 30 sec cooldown.
Full Bloom
Your next Wild Growth applies Lifebloom to all targets. Lasts for 30 sec.
Tosses the enemy target into the air, disorienting them but making them invulnerable for up to 6 sec. Only one target can be affected by your Cyclone at a time.
Specializations changed from Restoration to Feral/Restoration
Increases the amount of damage required to cancel your Entangling Roots by 200%.400%.
While in Bear Form, your chance to be critically hit is reduced by an additional 10%.
In addition, when hit by melee attacks while in Bear Form you have a 10% chance to cast Rejuvenation on yourself free of cost.

Yet another patch to shaft enhance shaman. Why can't you let enhance have something? They aren't even over powered, yet you've nerfed them into ground every expansion since cataclysm, I don't know why I even bother playing my enhance anymore because every time they get back to being somewhat viable they get a nerf hammer dropped on them. Completely crushing the dreams of every enhance player out there.

So, Havoc's Mana Break, Mana Rift and Demonic Origins are now useless. I guess I won't be playing my DH in PvP now, or maybe I'll switch to tank, I hope that is still fun in RBGs.

As a guardian druid main, I am legit upset by the removal of Terrifying Roar. Guardian druid is so incredibly basic to play at the moment compared to what it was towards the end of Legion. The removal of the artifact ability, the changes to Frenzied Regeneration - they were all removals/changes that took away small complexities of the specc. The way guardian druid is atm, Terrifying Roar is one of the very very few complexities left in the specc. I use it all the time in dungeons, questing and clearing raid trash, and learning and knowing how to use it effectively has been a lot of fun. They should have added Ursol's Vortex without removing one of the only other complexities in the specc!
