Tier 5 shoulders drop in The Eye.
Kael, the last boss, drops the first quest item needed to be attuned to Mount Hyjal: Kael's Vial Remnant. The quest can be found here:
https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=10445
This instance should be done (as a guild) after Magtheridon's Lair, which is after Gruul's Lair, which is after Karazhan. It is not the "true" order of things, but as tiers go up it should be.
Good luck.

You'll need a lot of fire resistance for half of the monsters and bosses while the other half you will need arcane resistance. You will need fire resistance for the phoenix, Al'ar and the last boss, Kael'thas Sunstrider. You'll need arcane resistance for the High Astromancer Solarian (really important to have arcane resistance since all she does is cast arcane spells) and for the Void Reaver, but for this boss, it isn't really needed since it mostly uses melee attacks. A lot of their spells are fire-based and arcance-bases so fire arcane resistance will increase your survivability.
Don't forget to gear up or you'll be taking a lot of damage!

I 5 man this fight every week with a few friends. What you need is: having everybody very well geared, of course, and have a few certain classes/roles in your party.
To 5man successfully you
will
want in your group:
1 warrior tank. The tank
never
gets MCed and since it is a warrior it can pick up the shield to absord Pyroblast and the dagger to break MC asap from any other group members.
1-2 healers. It can be solohealed, I have done that before, but I realized that making the healing job easier is worth even the loss of one dps.
2-3 dps (depending on your heals setup). At least
one
dps has to have the staff equipped and active to protect the raid from stun/fear/disorientation during phases 3-5, so I suggest bringing casters and having they stay within 30 yards from the other group members for the staff to take effect.
The trick to do a successful phase 4 passage is having everybody stack with the tank on Kael and just move away if there's a Flamestrike being cast there. With everybody close to the tank he/she can easily break MC with the dagger without having to run towards the group members, and believe me, that can decide whether you wipe or get past this phase.
Dps and healers should waste their defensive cooldowns like rogue's Evasion before phase 4 because you don't want the tank missing attacks to break MC, except for mages and paladins, who can iceblock/bubble out of it.
If you get past phase 4, you're done, phase 5 is easy. Just make sure everybody gets close to the ground before Gravity Lapse ends and make sure not to stand close to the Nether Vapor around Kael (specially the tank). He still does Flamestrikes, summon phoenixes and disorients, so whoever is carrying the staff has to be within range of everybody. It might take a few tries to get this going with such a small group but you should be fine once you learn it well and feel more comfortable in the fight with a 5man group.
- edit - The fight I mentioned was Kael's (obviously, as stated by the strategy I submitted), however, I believe the other fights can also be 5 manned (there's a link to a video of a DK soloing Al'ar and another post of someone claiming a DK has soloed Kael in TK - which I refuse to believe due to the fight's mechanics - ).

ed: as of patch 5.04, old raid zones now only provide you with gold amounts based on the number of people in the instance, so boss and trash drops are now 1/25 what they used to be for this raid, making it useless to farm gold.
It should be noted that as of this patch, with Magtheridon and Gruul's Lair both having had their gold drop amounts nerfed by 90%, this raid is not too difficult for soloers or duo-ers looking for relatively quick gold from old content, though Kael'thas is rather complicated and technically challenging to learn how to do.
Each boss in this instance still drops 250g (Kael drops 300) All trash mobs drop about 1-1.5g. Green items, netherweave cloth, trash items and potions for vendor also drop quite a lot. There are also several epic BOE/BOP patterns which can drop from bosses and trash, several of which are actually decent moneymakers either from crafting them or selling the patterns themselves.
A solo clear of this instance as a DK was netting me at a minimum:
1050g for 4 bosses
150 for boss epic drops vendored
150 for trash
150 for trash greens/junk vendored
50-500 for boe patterns / random boe world blues/epics
---------
1550-2000g average + chance at phoenix mount
for about 90 minutes effort. This is quite a decent haul for a bored 85 DK looking to make gold from something other than dailies. An 85 blood DK in decent gear (ZG / 359 stuff) can trivially pull 2-3 trash packs at a time and AOE them down. All in all a good moneymaker, you should definitely start doing the instance for gold now before the gold drop eventually gets nerfed in a later content patch.

For any Feral druids interested in soloing this, it's very easy to do the first 3 bosses given the right gear. Keal'thas is more difficult, but doable, and there are quite a few guides on how to do him on his page here on WoWhead if you're interested. Here's a guide for the first 3 bosses. This guide may also help other classes as long as you adjust the strat to fit your classes abilities.
For A'lar I find it best to go cat spec, when he's in phase one and changes platforms you can use feral charge to quickly jump over to the next platform to avoid extra stacks of flame buffet, and it should be back up right before he switches again. Depending on your gear you can save up the phoenix spawns for phase 2, but if you don't have a decent set of gear I'd suggest killing them right away as phase 1 is harder than phase 2. Also make sure to quickly jump down from the ledge if A'lar flies into the middle to cast
烈焰飞羽
.
In phase 2 just kill off any phoenixes that spawn, and continue to dps A'lar until he flies up and turns into a meteor. This is a good point in the fight to use heals while you wait for him to come crashing down. After that, continue dps and repeat until he's dead. Also make sure to stay out of the fire patches he lays down to avoid the stacking debuff. A good way to deal with this is to circle the boss as you fight him so he lays it down in a spot that you're no longer in, avoiding the debuff and damage completely.
Astromancer is a very easy fight to do in cat form, she doesn't hit very hard so you don't need great gear for the fight. The 2 roaming trash packs in her room however have
虚空占卜者
in them which are some of the only enemies in the game that can mind control with only 1 target on their threat table. They need to die fast, as they cast their MC at around 8 - 10 seconds after agroing them.
For the actual boss fight you just need to do your normal rotation, after a little bit into the fight she'll start casting
星术师之怒
on you. You'll be knocked up to the roof after this debuff wears off, but you won't take any falling damage so it only serves as a minor annoyance. You can also feral charge back down to her if you use it right as the knock up begins. Every 50 seconds she'll vanish and 3 light beams will appear. At first a group of blood elves will pop out that you can take down easily with a couple swipes, afterwards, 2 priests will come out along with Solarian. The priests cast smite and will also try to heal Solarian so it's best to kill them quickly before switching back to Solarian as they don't have much health.
At 20% she will turn into a big voidwalker, and will no longer use Wrath of the Astromancer. She can fear and use void bolts but they also deal very weak damage so the fight is in the bag at this point.
Void Reaver is ironically one of the harder bosses to solo simply because you will most likely be silenced the entire fight since you will be getting spammed with
奥术宝珠
which will silence you for 5 seconds on impact. Because of this, I like to do this in bear form as the damage can easily overwhelm you in cat form, and you'll be able to heal yourself with leader of the pack procs even while silenced which are of course much stronger heals as a bear.
Pull with faerie fire, as you won't be able to use it while silenced. The fight doesn't really have as much too it besides hitting the boss until he dies, however if you're looking for a window of opportunity to use a spell, a good time to wait for is when he throws an orb at you and starts to channel
重击
right afterwards. This will give you around a 1 second window to cast a spell if you want.
Before 4.3 in mostly ZG / ZA gear, I was just barely able to beat him, but with 4.3 changes and gear from hour of twilight and some LFR gear I'm able to kill him ending the fight at full health without using any non proc heals.
Thanks for reading this and I hope it helps out with any druids trying to solo this place.

I found it a little confusing to locate the entrances to the various instances here. This is a simple summary which might help:
Place yourself over the large mana pipe, just North of Cosmowrench. Turn to face Tempest Keep. You will see four floating islands.
The Tempest Keep raid (The Eye) is through the archway on the largest island, directly in front of you. (73.3,63.7)
The Mechanar is through the archway on the smaller purple island to your right. (70.5,69.5)
The Botanica is through the archway on the smaller blueish island to your left. (71.5,55.5)
The Arcatraz is through the archway on the smaller red island, above you and to the left. (74.1,57.9)
Hope that helps!

Strategy for one/two players from the
Solo/Duo Old Raid Compendium
, done at level 85 at patch 4.3 with ilvl 385-395 gear:
Tempest Keep: The Eye
is soloable except for the final boss, who is duoable.
General Strategy:
In Tempest Keep, you can skip ahead to the final boss without killing the other three bosses beforehand.
Bosses:
Al'ar
Duo/Solo:
Easy
Can be difficult to solo for some classes, specifically without a large amount of self heal, as the AoE will whittle down your health over time. Also, if
Flame Quills
is cast in Phase 1, jump down off the upper level to avoid it.
Void Reaver
Duo/Solo:
Easy
A difficult solo for casters due to his silence. He also will aggro all the trash around him upon engaging, so be sure to clear it first.
High Astromancer Solarian
Duo/Solo:
Easy
Kael'thas Sunstrider
Duo
: Hard
Phase 1
: He will spawn each member of his council one at a time, and it is fairly easy to burn each down one by one. At this point you should kite each member of the group except magelady Capernian to the other side of the room and kill them so you can easily burn her without interference from the others at the start of Phase 3.
Phase 2
, he will spawn 7
legendary weapons
which you must defeat, after which you can loot them. One person will need to loot the
Staff of Disintegration
, and the other will need to loot the
Infinity Blade
. If this phase is problematic, the weapons should be tanked over by the bow, and a pet or dpser should take care of the staff first.
Before
Phase 3
begins, the staff should be used to mitigate the overwhelming CC in Phase 3, when all the council members spawn and attack at once. In this phase,
Grand Astomancer Capernian
should be killed first as she will do a vicious
Arcane Blast
which knock backs and slows and a
Conflagrate
, then
Thaladred the Darkener
, as he does a large
knock back
.
Phase 4
: Kael'thas will attack. He will periodically
Mind Control
the lower threat of the two party members, which must be dispelled by attacking the MCed player with the Infinity Blade, which will dispel it. He will also cast a
Pyroblast
which does a decent amount of damage and is cast in succession but can and should be interrupted. However, if he has his
Shock Barrier
up he will be immune to interrupts, so be sure to break it before interrupting. He will also spawn Phoenixes in this phase, but they can be ignored.
At 50%,
Phase 5
will start and he will go up in the air and periodically cast
Gravity Lapse
. You will want to stay out of melee range of him during this time, as he will cast a stacking debuff on you that reduces your max HP considerably. Wait until he is done casting it and there are no more purple lightning bolts around him, then attack him. Reports are that some classes can solo Kael'thas, but it highly advised to master the mechanics in a group of two first.

Soloed 4/4 as 391 Ret pally, first 3 are cake walks, kael is a pain.
*Pull trash the same you would if you were an actual raid group (i.e dont get crazy). The trash can sometimes pull unexpectedly high dps on you...
Void Reaver:
I Put on Seal of Insight and dps raced him. You are silenced ~90% of the fight, and i found no effective way to dodge it. Good news is that he doesnt hit too hard, and seal of insight kept me up. Any melee class who can heal without casting spells will find him a joke.
Alar-
I used seal of insight for some extra healing and just burned him at every platform he landed on, jumped to the lower area when he flew to the middle, and just straight-up burned him during the second phase. No crazy strategies are needed. I doubt other melee classes would struggle either, as alara doesnt put much damage out.
Solarian-
Tank and spank, you don't get fall damage so don't worry when your shot into the air. When adds are spawned, kill priests first. Other wise just aoe the others while targeting solarian.
Kael- some in-depth walkthroughs are posted in Kael's page
https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=19622#comments
I don't have much to add that isn't already posted.
Bring your trinket, lots off cc from the lords. Depending on when they hit you, it can easily wipe you.
I will stress the use of the cosmic infuser's buff (and to a lesser extent the phaseshift bulwark's) during phase 4-5 against Kael. His fire damage output is really high and its very hard to heal through while dpsing him.
I would also suggest to trink out of his first disorient, as his dmg output only goes up as he spawns adds so the early 20 seconds of the fight are best for your dps.
Expect to wipe on Kael... this fight is not as easy as youtube videos make it seem...

Location: Netherstorm
25 player raid instance
Floating on the edge of Netherstorm, the entire range of TK 5-man instances are awesome. Fun, enjoyable trash, great looks, and some of the best rares in the game. This 25 player instance is home to Kael'thas Sunstrider and his Blood Elf army, and also is reputed to provide players with some of tier 4 along with Karazhan, Matheridon's Lair, Serpentshrine Cavern and Gruul's Lair. Perhaps before Blizzard takes the content of Beta into Live we'll have a better idea, but it's not likely nor is it probable that any raid groups will be delving into this dungeon before then.

This isn't gonna be fun or pretty and will involve a LOT of 5 mans... so much that you'll want to kill yourself. Im prob missing a lot of ways to get more rep, but this is the basics to get attuned. To start off, you'll need to be the following:
1. Revered with Thrallmar.
A. To get revered with Thrallmar, you either can start early and farm Ramparts and Furnace until you hit Honored. Once you hit Honored, do all the quests in Thrallmar.
B. If you're not a anal retentive person like Atlan was, there are other alternatives, none of which is fun. First, there is a Zone PVP thing in Hellfire Penesila, if you kill 5 alliance at one of these points, you'll get 5 Mark of Thrallmar, which you can use to buy a item called Thrallmar Favor from Battlecryer Blackeye. This is optional, but itll help you get rep faster. After that, the next step is to go to The Shattered Halls. This is the third instance in Hellfire Citidal, and requires a key to get in. Val has one, and to get one its pretty easy, just need to do some questing. This is the only way to get Revered with Thrallmar after hitting honored.
C. To get keyed for The Shattered Halls, go to Shadowmoon Valley. Find and kill a mob called Smith Gorlunk. Hes easily soloable at 70, and if you have a flying mount its even easier. He hangs out over by the Black Temple, the north part of it by one of the blacksmith forges. He drops a Primed Key Mold, which starts the quest chain for the key to Shattered Halls. Much easier just to find someone with the key, cuz this chain involves killing a Fel Reaver. Poor Thorr =(
2. Revered with Cenarion Expedition.
A. To get revered with Cenarion Expedition, there are a variety of ways, some fun, some not so. To start with, there are plenty of quests in Cenarion Refuge. For rep turn ins, you can turn in stacks of Unidentified Plant Parts for 250 rep each until Honored. After that, you have to run Steamvaults till Revered. The upside is the Nagas in Steamvaults drop Coilfang Armaments which you can turn into Ysiel Windsinger and get rep that way, along with the rep from running Steamvaults until your head explodes.
3. Revered with Lower City.
A. Run Shadow labs. Not much else to it, theres a few quests you can get in the Lower City, but none that are really great. You can turn in 30 Arakkoa Feather to this bird guy in the Lower City named Vekax for 250 rep each.
4. Revered with Sha Tar.
A. Run all the Tempest Keep instances, not much else I know to get Sha Tar rep. The Sha'Tar is the Naaruu rep, those floating symbols in Shattrath.
Ok now that we have the Keys for Heroic mode taken care of, This section goes into detail about the numerous quests that need to be done before you can get the starting quest to do all these dungeons in Heroic mode.
1. Earthmender Torlok, a guy in Shadowmoon Valley, at the Alter of Damnation, gives the starting quest. Enraged Spirits of Fire and Earth -> Enraged Spirits of Water -> Enraged Spirits of Air -> Oronok Torn-heart. The enraged spirits part involves killing the fire, earth, water, and air spirits around shadowmoon valley, each time using a Spirit totem to collect their essence after they die. Set the totem down before you kill the spirit and itll suck up the spirit. Currently the Enraged Spirits of Air quest is bugged, sometimes not giving you credit for a kill. Nothing to do about that except to keep going until you get enough credit. The upside is all these spirits drop motes, which a lot of guildies need for their crafting anyways.
2. After getting Oronok Torn-heart, he sends you to talk to this old orc farmer with some Felboars. The orc farmers been having a problem with getting his boars killed as they dig for tubers, so ya gotta go help take care of his problem in the quest I Was A Lot Of Things... This quest sucks. A lot. He gives you a whistle that you use to call Domesticated Fel Boars to you. The range is small, and usally the boars die. What you do is go north of where he is, and youll find Flayers fighting with Boars. You have to kill the flayers, and find little stubs of Tubers in the ground. When you find a Tuber stub, you use the whistle as close to a boar as you can, while standing on the tuber at the same time. If youre close enough, a boar will come over and dig it up. Get 10 tubers and hell reward you with a nice food that gives a spiffy buff depending on which one you pick. I chose the 20agil/spirit for 30 minutes one. The next step is A Lesson Learned, where you go back to the Flayer camp and kill all those glowing egg things you find. Be careful of the Flayer Matriarch, shes a #$%^& and hits hard. Almost killed me once.
3. Oh what a surprise, he really wasnt an old farmer. Now you have to help him find The Cipher of Damnation by finding his 3 sons. Each son is at a different position, and Ill start you off doing the easiest ones to the hardest.
4. Depending on how you look at it, Grom'tor, Son of Oronok is the easiest of all of them. Directly south of Oronok is his son Gromtor, picking on poor nagas. If you go to Coilskar Point, hes in the camp area to the east most, beating up a lone naga. Hell give you a quest to go kill Nagas and get the Coilskar keys to open up the random little chests in Coilskar Point. It took me about 30 or so chests. Some people it took 1. Its completely random, have fun with it. On the upside if youre a Skinner, the cobras can skin into Cobra Scales which sell for a hefty amount on the AH. After you get that part of the Cipher, Gromtor tells you to turn it into his dad. Just hold onto it and turn in all 3 at the same time.
5. The next step is Ar'tor, Son of Oronok. He is in Illidari Point, which is on the bottom of the map, directly south of Shadowmoon Village. Hell be pretty hard to miss. Hes in the middle of the camp, floating in the middle being sucked of his energies by red beams. Go up and talk to his dead body and a ghost will pop out having you help him get revenge for what the demons did to him as well as getting the 2nd cipher. First, you get Demonic Crystal Prisons to kill Painmistress Gabrissa, who is at the northern part of the camp. After killing her and getting the key, the ghost will ask for help getting his Bow back, Lohn'goron, Bow of the Torn-heart. Its just kill every demon you see until you get it. Takes awhile sometimes, sometimes not depending on how lucky you are. After you recover his bow, I suggest you either find a buddy on the same step, or reroll a hunter. Youll have to find and kill one of those giant floating eye things called Veneratus to get the next Cipher. Artor will escort you around to kill demons, but anything he hits wont give exp or loot, so no point in using him to farm. Also it gives you the 10 minute debuff preventing you from redoing the quest in 10 minutes if you fail.
6. Now for the fun part. This chain takes awhile. SO settle in. Borak, Son of Oronok. Hes hiding at the bridge north of Eclipse Point. Hell send you off to find a rotten egg from the Arokoa ghost birds to the south west of where he is, Of Thistleheads and Eggs.... Its a item on the ground that you click on, and theres a 1 in 10 chance of the egg being usable. Most of the time it gives you a nasty debuff that has you stunned and vomiting for about 5 seconds every so often. Once you find a good rotten egg, you take it to the Lower City, and give it to this Draenai named Tobais. Hes easy to find, close to the guy selling Soap on a Rope. After Tobias gives you the bundle of bloodthistle, take it back to Borak and get the next step. Place the bloodthistle at the other end of the bridge, furthest from Borak, and wait until the messenger arrives, ditches his bodyguard, and goes to the bloodthistle. Wait around the middle of the bridge for him to get the herbs, and then attack him, pulling him to Borak if you can. He dies fast, and isnt very strong.
7. HA! I bet you thought that was the cipher well not really, theres more. The next step has you killing soldiers in Eclipse Point, until you get enough armor fragments to make a disguise. Pretty straightforward, except the armor is a low drop rate. Once you get the armor, go to the South west part of the camp to find the guy you need to talk to. The disguise dismounts you, so make sure you land before putting it on. After talking to Grand Commander Ruusk, go back to Borak, and hell send you to kill Ruul the Darkener, a guy riding a nether drake, duel welding Thunderfurys, one of which he stole from Atlan. Make sure to take 5 people, hes hard. When he dies, you still have to kill the dragon. He spawns on a hill in the Netherwing Fields, and walks to the Dragonmaw Fortress before despawning for 5 minutes. After Ruul dies, go back to Borak, get the quest to go to his dad, and turn in all 3 for some phat loot and exp and gold.
8. After turning in all the Ciphers to Oronok, hell send you back to the Alter of Damnation, to summon and kill a Fire Giant. Kill the thing, turn quest in, go back to Shatrath city. Youll get a letter from Khadgar and that letter starts the chain to do all the lvl 70 instances in Heroic mode. Thats it Im on the 3 quests to go into Steamvaults, Shattered Halls, Arcatraz, and Shadow labs on Heroic mode. After finishing them, Ill type up what else is needed.

Tier 4 drops in karazhan and serpentshrine cavern, tier 5 drops from tempest keep only, and tier 6 idk if it's 5,6 or 8 piece whatever (wish it was 8 ^^) comes from the new instance underdevelopment the black temple. No doubt you can't enter TBT w/o doing hyjal, which you can't do until you do tempest keep, which you can't do until you do serpentshrine (i think) but you have to do the hardest heroic instances and mag, which you can't do until you kill gruul and beat karazhan, which you can't do until you're attuned, which you can't do w/o hitting 70, which you can't do w/o growing a character, which you can't do w/o STARTING a character, which you can't do w/o buying the game AND its expansion pack, which you can't do w/o learning of it first.
Have I made myself clear? ~_^
HAPPY RAIDING! ...for a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long... i can go on and on and on and on and on and on...STOP THAT.....TIME.

If you want to grind Tempest Keep - The Eye trash before having the gear to take any bosses this is possible. You need a group of 15-20 people and 5 mages that sheep, you can take the first 4-5 groups like this and grind it like Karazhan, Gruul's Lair and hope for a nice epic trash loot :) -- you need a good tank to..

Tempest Keep is in the eastern part of Netherstorm. Floating in the air.
But if I want to go to the Tempest Keep to kill that Blood Elf -boss, do I have to do anything else but just find a good raid of 25 people and go in? The guy named Chickenbomb explained how to get reputation for many factions so that's why I asked. Wouldn't have even thought about the whole thing without that...

Hmmm. Can anyone tell me what happened to Kaelthas?
The Blood Elves at the start have like thousands of statues of him and praise him, and it turns out he is bad. Anyone know ehy?

Actually,
Tier 4 is from karazhan, Gruuls, and Magtheridon.
Tier 5 is from Serpenstshire Cavern and Tempest Keep
Tier 6 is from Hyjal summit, Black temple and Sunwell Plateau.
Just so your all aware >.<

Recently, Blizzard removed the requirement for attunement on The Eye. So anyone can enter.
But if you want the Champion of The Naaru title, then you should go back to the top and look for the very descriptive posting on how to get attuned.
Also blizz removed the restriction on locks being able to summon people, so now people can be summoned into the instance if missing a flying mount.

SSC and TK both drop T5 but ur probably thinking SSC drops T4 is becuz SSC is easier than TK
I was going to get a TK group started by i smelt fail in the air

Actually you don't need a flying mount. It is helpful, but not needed. The reason why is because only 2 ppl needed them to fly there. Make one of them a warlock so he can summon there at the keep itself. The other can help summon.
