I looked all over for the boots and belt that match this set, but it looks like they are no longer available on vendors. I'm assuming they still drop off of bosses, but this may be a case of gear they will restore after Patch 4.3 is released.

I found that Imperial Plate Belt and Redsteel boots (both made from BS) works well with the set, since I cant' find the original boots/belt anywhere. Also Im using Cataclysmic Gladiator's Drape of Meditation, not that relevant, but in my opinion it fits the set really well.
