Don't head to Shadowfang in hopes of getting the Assassin's Blade or Shadowfang Sword drop.
I've run SFK over 50 times in the last month & haven't seen it. Even a guild mate was running it as well & she didn't have any luck. I ended up just running it over & over to gear up my Bloodelf Rogue for BC.
The zone in general normally has some pretty good drops (Greens & Blues). The zone is very well put together for it's level. You'll have to release the Deathstalker from his cell & talk to him to be able to access the courtyard. They're also a few roaming mobs that have large walking pathes so watch your back when you think you've cleared out a room because they seem to come out from anywhere. There are also on avg anywhere from 3-5 chests in the zone. If you don't have a Rogue with decent lockpicking skills either check the AH or find someone that can make Truesilver or Golden Skeleton Keys. Never let a locked chest go by.

A good grinding instance useful for farming. Many amazing drops are located here especially for rogues. The paladin quest is located here too. The item is in the stables near the Fel Horses. The horses do not attack you unless you attack them. The fel horses have a rare chance to drop a bag.
Theirs a great storyline and it's a challenging instance. Highly recommended for 18+

For those skinners who want to make a good profet this is the instance for you. Most of the worgens are skinnable which drops Light or Medium leather. I ran this threw with my hunter and god 34 peices of medium leather. This is also a great place to farm money. I went to this place with my 45 pally and soloed it and got 4g everytime. Mostly for casters because of the nice cloth drops. and sometimes for rogues because nice 1h drops.

Many people always complain about how they do no have enough gold. Well from this instance as well as any other time in WOW grey items drop. Usually they are just ignored because they take up bag space. But if you really want gold fast, and without buying it on the internet, take the grey drops in your bag and sell them to vendors. I got 40g from one UD strat run by selling the "useless" greys to a vendor. The grey weapons like edged longsword will sell for as much to 1g + a pop. So if you need quick gold thats the way to do it.

I would also like to add that infact, this is a great place for a tank to get some Stam gear.
Commander's Crest
https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=6320
is a really nice shield that drops.
Meteor Shard
https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=6220
is a great fast dagger with chance to hit 45shadowbolt.
Baron's Ring is great for +stam/str.
Plus how can you not like Shadowfang Sword

and the blue mace and dagger?!

The best way to make money of this is to get some twink item, then you can put it on ah for a twinkish price and you'll have enough money for a mount, Assassins Blade is a prime example

Arugal at the end of this instance drops this great Robes of Arugal -
https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=6324#M0z
The stats are really good for a level 25, and will serve you well into the 30s, if not higher. There is a lot of intellect and spirit, with some bonus stats thrown in as well.
The instance is really well built, and a good party at around level 25 or 30 should be able to do a run fast.
Arugal in the end has a trick where he blinks around, distracting meleers - simply cast and fire at him, and eventually he will die. He has little hp since he is a caster. Meleers' job should just be to interrupt his casting, as they will not be able to tank due to the blinking. A priest can heal a player back to full hp after being hit by a spell.
There are many casters in this instance, especially near the end.

The good ol' "Haunted castle". Darn hard to find a group for it though. Luckily I stealthed through most of it with my Rogue, unfortuantly a werewolf saw me and I had to leap off the wall to the ground below and flee.

This instance is a pain to do as a warlock.
At the courtyard, some mobs cast a anti-magic shield.
Some of the human ghosts have a AoE silence that cast constantly.
Some of the werewolves are shadow inmune.
If you are a caster and a shadow damage dealer, take care of that. Even though, any caster will want to do this because of the great items.
Since Horde has already 2 instances before this, players should have more experience around here. And I don't find loots to be 'so' great... just... usual. Some cloths by Arugal, a good shield and a good dagger.

I managed to clear this dungeon with a 27 Shaman, a 23 Pally, a 23 Priest and myself (a 26 Rogue) in less than 2 hours with no sweat with our Shaman, Rogue, and Pally as main tank and off tanks, and our Shaman and Priest as off-healers and healers.
Probably the hardest part to this instance is Arugal, his spells can be annoying especially with teleportation. What we did is keep one ranged-DPSer on the second level (the Shaman), who continually Kited him whilst the tanks went in and the healer well, healed. This seemed to work pretty well and we nailed him on the second try in less than 1 minute. (The first time our Priest had gone AFK.)

cleared this on a friends 60 pally. few difficult parts but other then that it went smoothly. one part i disliked is when you get to the guy right before arugal if you kill all the wolves he starts yelling and runs away. this was especially annoying because i then had to chase him. arugal was easy enoughy because you can ignore the mobs by jumping from the first platform onto his. took me about 2 minutes to kill him because i was distracted when he spillt soda on the desk (my friend that is). other than that it was like 5 hits and he was out.

Agreed! Great for skinning. I just decided I wanted to drop enchanting and pick up leather working for my 68 druid. In a hour I did two runs only looting only what I could skin (to save bag space) and picked up 117 light leather, 85 medium leather, 13 light hides, and 7 medium hides. It's the best place to farm your mats for leather working from 0-150.
I should add that I am a 375 skinner and your results may vary.

I ran this with my rogue for money and the Assasin's Blade dropped of a guy just when i was going to attack a boss.
The guy i ran was lucky.
The final boss teleports himself to another platform away from the one he was standing on at first and he'll cast on you, so better have a mage to counterspell if whoever is tanking isn't high enough to resist most his spells.

Alliance players can get repairs from the neighbouring Pyrewood Village during the day. The Leather Worker and Armourer don't offer repair facilities but the Tailor does. I found him walking around the Blacksmith which is located on the right as you enter.
I hear Pyrewood turns nasty at night though and becomes filled with elite Worgen.

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on a distinct SFK mystery...
To uncover the mystery for yourself, run/sneak through the instance all the way up to the last room containing the final boss, Arugal. Right when you enter the room, before going down the stairs, look to your left.
On the wall is a lever, and upon mousing over it you can see that your cursor turns to a gear meaning you can interact with it, as well as the tooltip "Lever" popping up. You can click this lever up and down, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it does!
If anyone has any insights I would be glad to hear them!

My 28 priest just ran this with a freinds 35 priest, since we are higher levels we figured we could two man it. Very few problems until the wolfmaster, which is why we were there. After killing him his adds wiped us and upon entering SFK again we had respawns. Just be warned there is a repop timer i'm not quite sure how long it is but in the neighborhood of 2 hours.

They may still be on the loot tables but if they are I'm definitely not seeing them drop. Good going Blizz...

Surprised no one mentioned it. Take a look at this instance and then compare it with Karazhan. There are quite a few similarities between the two.
1) Based on an old abandoned keep
2) The bridge that leads into SFK is similar to the back entrance in Kara
3) The starting areas both involve fighting a beast boss
4) After downing the first boss you make your way into a dining are to down the next 2 bosses (similar to Moroes)
5) Even the lore seems similar. You have Horde/Alliance investigating the keep as to what Argul is doing and you have The Violet Eye investigating the mansion as to what Medivh's activities were.
I dunno, I just thought it was pretty neat. ^_^

I don't kno if anyone mentioned this but when u get on top of the wall in SFK and u look down and u see the bridge that u entred the SFK and then u jump on the box to ur left and then on that ledge and u end up on top of the wall then u jump down and u Exit the instanse and after loading screen u end up not on the bridge but under it. Tried it 10 times same result. Is that like a bug or that os how is sopoused to be?

The death of Silverlaine and Springavale will trigger the spawning of patrols behind the party that will intercept them 1-2 mins after the boss died, be aware of this if discussing loot or progressing onwards. It's safest to wait in the boss rooms for the patrol to turn up, rather than get them as unwelcome surprise when you are all ready engaged in a fight.
Some trash is also periodically immune to magic (moonwalker werewolves) or totally immune to shadow (darksoul werewolves), or have a silencing aura (wailing guardsman)and may prove interesting for caster only groups.
Last boss can be soloed by classes with dots, as he is very vulnerable to LoS abuse.
Easy instance to solo, dual boxed it @ level 26 with 2 warlocks, most pulls can be made as 1/2 mobs, with very few 3/4 mob pulls at the end of the instance.
Players may get a curse that causes them to spawn a very weak higborne ghost randomly for 2 mins, while these appear to be resistant to magic, they die instantly on melee damage. Lupine delusions which are spawned by lupine horrors seem to have the same mechanic, slow to die to magic, die instantly to melee.

Sever was a short lived boss only around during the Scourge invasion (patch 1.13 I think?). Not to ever return unless Blizzard do go ahead with the idea they had of linking the Scourge Invasion with midsummer fire festival but seeing as they added Ahune the Frost Lord this year I'd say that is unlikely. Given the upcoming release of WotLK they may do something there (Naxxramas is moving so maybe to do with that?)

Soloed as lvl 28 protection paladin. I wiped once on Odo (when he stacked howling rage x5 ^^) and I wasn't able to kill Arugal (protection pala vs. caster...who played paladin knows ^^ ), but the rest was a piece of cake, although it took quite long to beat the mobs down, especially the ones with anti-magic shield.
Really a cool place to farm. Also the wool drops are rather valuable as on my server 1 stack goes for 3-8g, depends how much wool is on AH. Got 3 full stacks/run.
My favorite low instance
Edit:
Y'day I was farming (pala is 66 now ^^ ) - 5 runs, got tons of wool & enchanting mats, 2x
Black malice
and one
Face smasher

Shadowfang Keep, probably being one of Blizzard's greatest pieces of work is not only great for anyone in the level 18-22 range, but it also has lots of drops for all classes.
Though most of it is pretty linear, I've had plenty of groups get lost, as you enter the instance you will see Arugal slaying a Death Stalker which is required for a quest. To the right there is a door which will begin your journey, and eventually you will find the Worgen Rethilgore. After he is slayed, you must talk to a Death Stalker in the far right cell who will lead you to the next part. (Or Ashcrombe for alliance I believe)
After he opens the door, clear the Courtyard up to the Saddles and face the Felsteeds for either a bag, or a lantern offhand for spell casters.
Now, when the Courtyard is cleared you will see a door, and a ramp. The door will lead to two bosses who do drop Superior loot, while the ramp just leads to bosses after the ones you could have killed via the door. Please note that the door does continue to the end of the instance.
The rest is pretty linear, happy hunting =)

I just want to say this about SFK(i dont have the time to read through all of them right now so im not sure if someone already said somthing about this). It is a great place to train low lvl enchanting. U may want to start out at 25 or so but it doesnt matter. u get lots and lots of greens and blues (depending if u solo or go with a party). i did RFC for 1-10 and that took forever! but here its actually more fun! plus good wool cloth farming so i got my first aid up and made some good cash off it (depending on sever but mine is like 10g per wool stack). Of course u could just get a bunch of strange dust and get it up much quicker but this way will get u money in the process so u dont have to buy all of it. Basiclly i reconmend this if u r a lower lvl and cant afford to buy all the supplies to get up to 375.
and if u can plz tell me if someone else has posted anything simalir before me saying anything about enchanting here. thx

For some reason I decided I didn't want to group this, so I waited to run it solo. Went in there as a 32 Rogue. Killed everything along the way through the 5th boss, when I realized it was taking way too long. The last 2 bosses were close by so I just stealthed to them.
Only died at the 7th boss. Aggroed the whole room (4 dogs and the boss), killed the 2 dogs and died. Came back and found out if you go straight for the 7th boss the two dogs next to him won't get aggroed.
My problem was Argual, because I had run out of healing potions by the time I go to him. Also when solo'ing, if he turns you into the werewolf and you have no party members to attack his health got restored. After dying twice I had my roommate get on her 29 Druid and stealth through with me. We only died once together (we were so mad, he had like 70 health!), and got him on the second try. I fully believe a twink, or someone with at least a decent healing potion could have taken him at my level.
Anyways, if you want to run it alone, you can always summon a friend to help you finish Argual off.

Notes on soloing: While facing Arugal, you will either want someone along with you, or be powerful enough to kill him on your own without him casting his enslave spell. If the enslave spell lands and you are the only one there, the fight will reset and both you and the boss will return to full health. You'll also be forced to run back right next to him.
To avoid re-aggroing him after the fight resets, you can take him back into the previous room on the far end. That way when you are forced to run to him when you are enslaved, the spell will break before you make it all the way there.

It isnt near Auberdine. If you go to southshore then just go up to the main road and head west into Silverpine. Soon after the road curves to the north there will ne a road that cuts off to the west. It runs past Pyrewood Village and SFK is immediately after that.

I managed to solo this at level 49 or 50 with my Paladin, and at that point it was trivial - so I would say a 48 Warlock should have a similar lack of difficulty, considering that they have better ranged attacks, and a pet.
The only advantage that a Paladin has is the ability to track undead.

somebody got it right. The class is not anywhere near as important as the player behind it. If the person behind the keyboard doesn't know his/her role, whether in group or solo situations, they're not going anywhere. Like a paladin, being the only healer in the group, thinking he/she should fight like a warrior - diving in and melee fighting - and not paying attention to the group's health statuses is going to be completely useless to the group, considering the group probably wanted them for their healing ability. A warlock should send in their minion, and stand back and cast spells on mobs, not jump in and join the fracas. A hunter should send in their pet, and try to get off as many ranged shots as possible before being forced to join in the melee. Etc, etc. Each class has its own special abilities that contribute to the overall effectiveness of a group, but the person playing that class has to get to know the class, or they will be completely useless, regardless of the class in question.

I found SFK to be a very lucrative place to solo while I was grinding in the 30-39 pvp bracket trying not to get XP. I was able to consistently solo the whole thing as a level 36-39 warrior, only running into trouble with the bathandler guy (I would have to pop retal and sweeping strikes every time... and if they disarm you then, have a nice ghost run :)
Arugal was tough until I learned to go in and clear the bottom first, then pull him into the prior room. Stand around the corner so he can't shoot you but has to run into the room with you. Start hitting him but make sure you get a rend or some other DOT type effects on him (or even just a sunder that will last awhile) so that he doesn't evade back to full health when he teleports back into his room. You can bandage while he's teleported away from you and after a little while he'll have to come running back to you. If he polymorphs you, just try to run back out of the room after you change back, but you'll have full health so it's not all bad. You should be a high enough level where you resist this a lot anyway. Be patient and he'll go down.
This is a pretty fun and relatively easy instance that can make you a decent amount of coin, wool, and AH goods. Every 2 or 3 runs a 14-19 BOE blue will drop which you can sell to the twinkers for a good 30-50+ gold depending on your server. As for soloing level, a friend of mine who is a 32 hunter says he can solo pretty much all of it except for Arugal (I think the pally gives him trouble too). I would say if you're a good solo class, you should be able to solo it in the mid-30s. If you're something else, it might take you until you hit 40 (or close to it) before you can solo it.

Ok, so I have been in SFK more times than I can count. I have noticed 2 levers in the instance, one at the beginning and one at the end. The one at the beginning is right after you get your faction guy to open the door to the courtyard. Just as you step on the downward staircase, it is immediately to your right. Second lever that I have found is located in Arugal's room. Right after you kill the wolf master, a door is opened. Just upon entering the door, turn to your left and you will see it on the back of the doorway.
Anyone know what they're for?

Shadowfang is doable solo at level 30+. I'm a 32 hunter and finished SFK tonight, which took me 3.5 hours to do. Didn't die once w/ feign death and some health potions (even though my pet died a couple times). The key was to stand somewhere that if you pulled too much by accident, you can still feign death and (after your pet dies) all the things you pulled would run back to their original place, without you aggroing them when you rise back.
I saw some people said that their character died at the bats. For me, I stayed really close to the wall opposite of them and managed not to agro them. It has a lot to do with the level you're at. If you're afraid that you walking with your pet would agro monsters that otherwise wouldn't be aggroed if you're going along, consider moving your pet first, then you follow.
A bummer for me was that you don't get much experience anymore at this level, but the drops are still pretty nice at the level. I got the assassin blade the first time through, which as more than I was expecting. Arugal was level 22 for me.
Oh, one more thing, go with a REALLY clean bag. I had to get rid of a few things that I really would've preferred not to. So either have all 16 slot bags or go w/ nothing more than health potions and food for you and your pet. A scroll of stamina and agility would also be handy too.

This was a fun instance for three of us tonight--a lvl-25 Paladin, a lvl-24 Hunter (hi), and a lvl-24 Mage. All three of us were Blood Elves, and the mage and I both leveled to 25 by about halfway through.
Our Paladin (my husband) had run this instance several times--as a rogue, a warrior, and probably as something else. So he was able to talk us through it, which saved time. If you can, bring someone who's been there before. Otherwise it might take a bit longer. As it was we weren't keeping track of the time but it went swiftly.
We didn't have a huge problem with dampened magic. Pulling helped--there are lots of handy doorways. I'd put my wolf on "stay" and set a trap at a doorway--then I'd shoot somebody and run back...then my pet and the Paladin kept him occupied while our mage clobbered him from a distance. Usually two or three foes would follow the one I'd initially targeted, but they gave us no more trouble than one would. A melee teammate running into a room to herd would probably not have worked as well.
Hunters, keep your pets in line. Only once did we run into any real trouble, and that was when the Relentless Roo took it upon herself to chase a werewolf down some stairs. That got ugly. I found I had to monitor my pet's movements more closely than usual.
The only death was our mage, who was killed when Arugal turned my husband into a werewolf
just
before he could heal her. But it was very close to the end of the fight and because I'd stayed back, shooting at Arugal, I had more than enough health to jump in and finish him off. (I make myself sound more heroic than I was--the Mage had gotten him down to low, low health
very
quickly.)
Good times, for sure. And I got Fenrus's hide, which is a nice cloak for hunters. Better than what I had been wearing, and it's only level 20. Oh, and skinners?
Werewolves are skinnable.
Shadowfang Keep is a skinner/leatherworker's paradise. I was rolling around in piles of Medium Leather and Light Leather (and a few hides) by the time we were done.

paladins with the shadowmagic resistance aura is also quite nice to have along (but not essential) beacause a lot of the enemies use shadow magic against you.

I can confirm that a L30 horde feral druid can solo SFK, and not just the bosses. The mobs too.
Make clean pulls, pull to a cleared area, and kill. No problems with runners pulling other groups.
They are undead, not murlocs :))
Buffed to the gills with stamina, strength, agility, intellect and even spirit scrolls helps. Buff with food, also any potion that gives you +health per 5 seconds.
You might die a few times, but for the items you get it's worth it, especially if you have reached L30 without many good instance drops.A lot of the bosses are quite simple to take down so I won't give you the detail on those, only the bosses that gave me a problem. If I don't mention some of the bosses just assume that it's a simple case of clear the area and
tank n spank. Fenrus, for example, drops a nice cape or bracers - he is a tank n spank. Pull him out of the room with a moonfire, heal after you kill him and then take the voidwalker adds down. They are non-elite. I am also assuming that you have learned the trick of shapeshifting to druid form when you are on about 1/3 health, heal yourself, and/or take a health potion and then go bear again. Of course, your war stomp is crucial for those extra few seconds when you do this.
(So Night Elf druids......good luck......he he)
I did not prowl to the bosses. I killed all the mobs for any green drops and got quite a few good ones.
Commander Springvale :
Problem - he heals himself. Just concentrate on him and go full out on taking him down, ignore his adds. Use bear form.
Keep demoralizing roar on him, maul maul maul and bash if you can.....His adds will probably kill you after he is dead, but the moment he is down loot him and maybe you get lucky with the adds. However, he drops nothing of interest to a feral
druid so my best advice for this guy as a feral druid ?
Skip him. He is off to the side so just clear the room and continue.
Odo the Blindwatcher :
The pull for this boss is the trickiest part. He has 2 bat companions. I dunno if it was luck or what, but it is possible to pull him and ONLY ONE BAT.
Stand at the entrance to his lair, and moonfire him. Then run out onto the stairs, and all the way way back to where you first came out onto the castle wall. Odo and his batty friends will be on your tail. I remember looking back while I was running and seeing him and the 2 bats follow me for a
while, but then one bat simply turns back and return to Odo's lair (?), leaving me the much easier task of facing Odo and only one bat. However, as with Commander Springvale, go full out on taking Odo down in Bear form, ignore the bat/s.
Demoralizing roar, maul maul maul, bash if you can.
The bat/s will probably kill you afterwards, but loot Odo the moment he goes down. If you die, come back and do the bats minus Odo.
Wolfmaster Nandos : A 3 round process.
Round 1 : He has 4 wolf companions, but he stands in the way of you and Arugal. You will most probably die, 4 wolves is tough, even at L30. But if you kill the RIGHT WOLVES before you die, you can get nandos on the second round.
Bear form as before.
Two of the wolves are in the front on either side of the door where you enter and 2 are at the 'back' on either side of Nandos. Make sure you pinpoint and identify the 2 wolves in the front, closest to you. Pull one of those wolves with moonfire. All 4 wolves are gonna come at you, but not Nandos.
Before you die, kill the FRONT 2 wolves, and maybe u get lucky on one of the others.
Round 2 : When you re-enter the instance and come back to Nandos, you will notice that the wolves you killed have not respawned :))
So now you only have Nandos and 2 wolves. At max range, moonfire Nandos and run out of the room. The 2 'back' wolves didn't join in when I did this, leaving me to tank n spank Nandos alone.
Round 3 : Afterwards, the 2 remaining wolves on their own were not a problem. (Nandos is not linked to the wolves. It's just the 4 wolves that are linked !)
Arugal : Good luck...you're gonna need it....
Clear the room first.
This is without doubt an almost impossible fight to win as a L30 feral druid. His shadow bolts just do too much damage.
When he teleports to the other side of the room, don't run after him. Shapeshift and moonfire him, maybe get a wrath or two in. Also heal with rejuv and a potion. Let him teleport back, go bear form again.
I do believe I got incredibly lucky in this fight. I had already shapeshifted a couple of times to heal and take a potion. Hardly any mana left, potion on cooldown, I was going down. He was on about 30-40% health, I was on maybe 10-15%.
The only real chance to win this fight is to stay alive and do enough damage till the point where Arugal pulls his party trick, 'Arugal's Curse'.....which he did.
He turned me into a possessed Worgen.
(I'm not sure if I was in druid or bear form at this point, since bear form makes you immune to polymorph ?)
Arugal is programmed to do this in every fight - turn one party member into a Worgen.
As a worgen I started to heal....all the way back up to 100%.
But Arugal's health started going UP as well !
I have checked, and he doesn't have any self-healing spells, so how come ?
A possible explanation is that because I WAS ALONE, no-one else was attacking him so he was 'out of combat' ?
But before he could fully reset my 'Worgen shape' wore off and I attacked him again.
He had only reset up to 60% health. I was on 100%.
He dropped Arugal's Robes, nice for my healing set at the time.
Hope this solo-run and my experience helps any of you.

I've spent many a late night in this God-forsaken place. The elusive Shadowfang thinks he's smart, but I will find him. If I have to rip to shreds every level 18-23 beast I will. If I have to de every low-level piece of crap green that drops I will. If I have to drink a Red Bull or a Monster just to stay up till 5am three nights in a row so I can get this *&^%ing sword that I will inevitably sell to get my @#$%ing epic flying mount I will do it. I vow, as Thottbot is my witness, that I will not rest until I get the Shadowfang sword...

Introduction to SFK
10 man mode (yes, 10 people can fit inside the instance, just like deadmines)
Okay, i'll begin with my guild's usual raid setup. Our guild is somewhat small... and all of us are active.
Me: 15 warrior - main tank
offtank - 14 paladin - offtank of course
Main healer: 15 priest
Offheals- 15 shaman
DPS are levels 14-16
Okay, we've progessed through this hard ass "raid" instance up to Odo the blindwatcher, and are wiping alot on it, but Odo went down to 30% last night before his enrage killed us.
Well, when we first decided to 10-man 5 man content on our low level, abandoned alts and mules, we envisioned it to be quite easy. After all, these instances are easy as hell (3 mannable) at the CORRECT level... weeeeelll, we were wrong. our +hit rating is so low, DPS somewhat sucks. Tanks have trouble keeping heal aggro. They get %^&*! slapped like hell, including me. I've some +hit items to ease it up a bit, but it doesn't help too much. I have encouraged our DPS to buy +hit rating rings and !@#$, but they don't want to listen.
On our first raid night, we cleared mobs up to the prison guard. We accidently pulled aggro, you know how lowbies do...the prison guard and 3 of his "little buddies" caught us offguard while our healers had HoTs on us. They killed our healers, then us. Second time, we were more careful. We had our paladin tank the mobs, a pet tank the last mob, and me on the boss. He didn't like me very much. I had some white vendor items. I built aggro for around 10 seconds, and the dps went in. after what seemed like 5 minutes, our healers ran outta mana - i used a healing potion and barely survived.
Second boss.....
Okay, the courtyard was hell. We had mobs all over the place. We barely survived a 4 pull, with our main healer dying because i kept missing sunder armor...we ressurected him and moved on. We carefully planned each pull in the courtyard, and in a few minutes, we found ourselves in the Butcher's room. We cleared the ghosts inside, and walked in to where he was. I had the healers wait a few seconds, and soon, i had a firm grip on him threat wise. he wasn't much tougher than the prison guard boss. He dropped Butcher's Slicer, and a rogue won it.
Third boss... the next night...
We carefully cleared up to the third boss tonight. We started early and learned from our mistakes, so the courtyard and the gatewatcher boss, blablabla... we got all that. Before that long, we found ourselves in the long hallway with the Baron.

Well, continued from the last post...
We cleared the long table hallway leading to Baron. We wiped a couple times from accidental aggro. Baron proved to be an easy foe. But his patrol killed us once. We ran back to the instance, and I tanked the worgen while my paladin offtanked the wolves. Baron was a tank and spank with not much damage, by the way. We climbed the stairs, cleared the hallways, and found ourselves at the "room with a thousand screams..." And we died because of poor planning. We ran back, and I contemplated a strategy: our mage and hunter would "kite" one of them while we tanked the others. We repeated this until Springfield. Springfield was tough, because of his heal and relatively high damage hits and HP. Our paladin offtank had to resort to healing me somewhat near the end. After I built aggro for 10 seconds, because i miss sunder armor 5 times before i hit once with it practically, our DPS started. Our healers were almost out of mana and I was losing aggro when he healed himself. The paladin offtank, with his remaining mana, picked up the boss and killed himself while I stood back and bandaged. I picked Springfield up again, and the DPS barely downed him. Springfield doesn't heal himself for much.
Odo the blindwatcher (we nicknamed him the raid-wiping worgen of unstoppable annihalation due to his enrage timer and bats)
...We cleared the bridges leading to Odo. Our paladin offtank died again, because the healer healing him went AFK for an emergency, which turned out to be a pot falling down from the table. We ressurected him and trudged on. Soon, we found ourselves at Odo the Blindwatcher and his batts outta' hell.
I explained to my guild about his enrage timer, and his seriously insane damage. His two bats that are with him suck, too. Well, after explaining, I charged in, armed with a few elixirs my guildies had created, alot of other buffs, blablabla. Well, our DPS burned down the bats, but Odo was pissed off by then. He enraged several times, and was hitting me for 100 - 140 damage per hit, and he critted me for over 230, and I myself have only 423 hp unbuffed currently. Our healers had run out of mana on me, and the paladin again tried to save me. But when I picked odo the blindwatcher up again, after the paladin died, he kicked me over like a tin can and wiped the raid. We got him down to 30%. Our second try was worse. 37%. Our third try that night was better, because this time we had our dps kiting the first bat around while the paladin tanked only one, and therefore, less mana was used. But we killed the bats slower, and he snapped me in half like matches at 23% hp because of his enrage, and he was at 17% when he wiped the entire raid - after that, we gave up.
--EDIT-- (1 day later)
We downed Odo tonight. We had to excuse a hunter who had to leave, and we luckily found a priest in /who level 18. I was getting smacked like a ragdoll at the end, near 20%, but 3 healers and a paladin semi-healer was enough to keep me going.
After Odo, we went on to the next "Bridge" with the tormented officers. We cleared them, made it to the hallway, clearing more trash, and made it to the stable room. The lupine horrors aren't much of a problem, but we wiped once due to accidental aggro issues. Next time around, we were more careful. I pulled each group with my gun instead of taunt, because the gun has alot more range ^.^ taunt has a 20 yard range now, to anyone who's wondering... We cleared the stables room in about 7 minutes, but one problem I had was when I was tanking a patrol near the giant worgen, I died from "Arugal's Gift" A curse that DoT's you for about 200 per minute for 5 minutes. That sucked, but the raid got the patrol I was tanking. And on the bright side, my debuff went off, instead of having to wait a few minutes. xD
Fenrus the giant worgen... (or is it werewolf? I can't remember.)
I didn't like fenrus much. He hit hard, and packs a nice sum of HP. We had 3 healers, though, so it wasn't bad. After the boss, the DPS went and killed the voidwalkers. They didn't need to be tanked, being non-elites. Rift bracers dropped, and I won because my DKP was higher than the paladin. The paladin had wasted what little he had on Fenrus's hide :)
We quickly made it to the wolf master. He was a heartbeat away from Fenrus. We've learned his phases and such, and so I dreaded him. We had to let a hunter's pet try to tank one of them, while the paladin and I tanked the others. We accidently aggroed the Wolf Master, but not before we had our last wolf down to 30%. I picked him up, used a potion (saving alot of healer mana... healers' mana pools suck monkey %^&* at this level) and we began to DPS him down. He apparently got two crits in a row, which ended me, soon into the fight. The paladin couldn't pick him up before he killed the main healer. After that, we just wiped. We went back in SFK, and this time, the boss was alone. We charged in and pwned him like fenrus and all the other tank and spank bosses.
Arugal, the final boss...
This guy was a nightmare. Odo times two. His HP was enourmous. And his void bolts kill you in two hits. Our plan was to have myself tank him until I turned into a wogen, and then have the paladin offtank pick him up until i returned to normal. The plan worked, but Arugal teleported and got a few good smacks in before I reached him. The ranged dps was firing away madly, and I accidently lost aggro, which resulted in the death of a low HP mage. We wiped a few times because of LoS issues with me and the healers, but we finally got him. I had to use a healing potion, and I used Lifeblood, which I acquired recently from my new professions.
I would like to thank my guild for participating in this raid. We will be raiding different instances in the future, and I myself am looking forward to Scarlet Monestary soon :)
Complete list of guildies:

OMG this has gotta be the BEST farming instance. First off, as a lvl 56 lock I can breeze through in about 10 minutes at the most. Second, there are Eleven instance-specific BoE drops. That doesn't sound special, but 9 of them are for levels 15-19 so they are 100g plus items. I didnt even factor in world-drops. Third, the layout is MADE for soloing. There is little to no backtracking and it is not confuzzling at all.
